The Research On Optimizing Smart Tourism System

This paper summarizes the theoretical results about smart tourism, especially the add the theoretical interpretation of smart tourism. Meanwhile providing a theoretical basis for the optimization of smart tourism system framework through empirical analysis. Discuss the smart tourism system framework from the perspective of tourism application to provide theoretical support for smart tourism. By studying the wisdom of the tourism system optimization framework to accelerate the integration of tourism development and technology development, boost smart city construction and provide valuable scientific basis.This paper used three research methods, they are document analysis, comparative analysis and qualitative analysis. On the basis of summarize the articles about smart tourism domestic and overseas, this paper gives a brief introduction of smart tourism, analyzes the concept of smart tourism and presents a more comprehensive concept. Optimizing the smart tourism system framework through the empirical analysis of the Singapore smart tourism, combining the smart tourism in Shandong Province. Propose solutions aimed at the problems of smart tourism Construction in Shandong Province.This framework of smart tourism system consists of Infrastructure, Network layer, Data centers, Application layer and Security system. According to functions, Application layer divided into smart tourism service systems, smart tourism marketing systems, smart tourism management system. Smart tourism1service system also includes a destination site, consulting call center, information release system, the destination mobile applications and smart tourism card. Smart tourism marketing systems include network marketing, travel E-commerce, customer relationship management. Smart tourism management system includes tourism administration platform, visitor traffic monitoring and statistics system, tourism statistical analysis system, tourism monitoring and dispatching system, public opinion forecast and rescue system, tourist integrity management systems, travel and tourism industry alliance system.This paper is divided into six parts. The first chapter preface introduces the research background, significance and research methods, the main content and innovation, details of the review of researches on the smart tourism. The second chapter analyzes the related concepts of smart tourism then proposes a more comprehensive concept. The third chapter gives a typical case analysis about smart tourism in Singapore, providing a reference for the further development of smart tourism in Shandong Province. The fourth chapter describes the current situation and problems in the construction of Shandong smart travel system respectively, from the point of smart city, smart scenic spots, hotels and so on. Based on the above analysis, Chapter five gives a optimized design of smart tourism system frame of Shandong Province. The final chapter is the conclusion of the article. It gives the summary and prospects of future research trends.
