Research On The Construction And Operating Mechanism Of Ecosystem Based On New Agricultural Entrepreneurship Talent

The issue of "Agriculture,Rural Areas and Farmers" has always gained country's attention.Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation and supply-side structural reform,entrepreneurship in agriculture is in full swing.New agricultural entrepreneurial talent have been becoming to enter people's vision.This dissertation takes the new agricultural entrepreneurial talent as the research object,to explore their behavioral traits,to grasp their entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial discipline.It has important historical and practical significance to train new agricultural entrepreneurial talent,promote the transformation and development of agriculture and revitalization the rural economy.The new agricultural entrepreneurial talent emerge in the context of agricultural transformation,and their responsibility and mission is to create value.Its entrepreneurial activities have been closely watched and supported.Studying the new agricultural entrepreneurial talent ecosystem can not only reveal the entrepreneurial process,but also find the important factors that influence the quantity of new agricultural entrepreneurial talent and start-ups.It provides reference and suggestions for new agricultural entrepreneurial talent and new agricultural entrepreneurial talent ecosystem.The main contents of this dissertation include the following aspects: Firstly,it defines the concepts of new agricultural entrepreneurship talent and new agricultural entrepreneurship talent ecosystem,and reviews the status research of entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial talent,agricultural entrepreneurship,and entrepreneurial talent ecosystem.Secondly,using the grounded theory,it researched the components of new agricultural entrepreneurial talent internal and external ecosystem,and established the theoretical framework.Thirdly,using the structural equation model,it empirically analyzes the relationship between the elements of new agricultural entrepreneurship talent internal ecosystem.The results show that,agent perception and environment perception have a significant positive impact on the human capital,social capital,psychological capital,and entrepreneurial performance.The human capital and psychological capital have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance,but the social capital has no significant influence on entrepreneurial performance.The human capital and psychological capital plays a partial mediation role between agent perception and entrepreneurial performance.The human capital and psychological capital plays a partial mediation role between environment perception and entrepreneurial performance.Fourthly,it analyzes the operation process and operation mechanism of new agricultural entrepreneurial talent external ecosystem.Fifthly,using NETLOGO to simulate the multi-agent model.Analyzing the simulation results,it is found that the train number of new agricultural entrepreneurship talent has the greatest influence on the number of start-ups,the second is financial institutions.The effect of multi-parameter scheme is more obvious than single-parameter scheme.Decreasing the number of government funded objects causes the number of start-ups to decline.Increasing the number of service agent and research agent can increase the number of start-ups.Decreasing the price of service and technology can increase the number of start-ups.Based on the simulation results,the dissertation gave three advice on talent training,financial support,service and technical support.The main innovations of this dissertation are as follows: Firstly,based on new agricultural entrepreneurship talent,it defines the important role of entrepreneurship talent.Secondly,it builds a model of new agricultural entrepreneurship talent internal ecosystem,and assumptions and verifies the relationship between the agent perception,environment perception,the human capital,social capital,psychological capital,and entrepreneurial performance.It fills in the blank of the relationship between entrepreneurial talent,entrepreneurial environment perception and entrepreneurial performance.Thirdly,using the multi-agent simulation and NETLOGO,it constructed a multi-agent model of new agricultural entrepreneurial talent ecosystem,and realizes the simulation of new agricultural entrepreneurship talent ecosystem.
