Research On The Evolutional Mechanism Of Risk Perception Of Entrepreneurial Team

Nowadays,since “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” prevails in every corner of China,entrepreneurship has become the main theme of the times.Since the coming of the tendency of team entrepreneurship and the development of pluralistic entrepreneurial model,Risk perception of entrepreneurial team has become more and more complex,which aggravates the uncertainity in the process of entrepreneurial team's risk decision-making and constraints the improvement of entrepreneurial team's risk decision-making quality.This dissertation discusses the evolutional mechanism of risk perception of entrepreneurial team from the perspective of interaction and focuses on the collision-communication mechanism,competition-cooperation mechanism,contagion mechanism and cognitive Lock-ins mechanism in the process of entrepreneurial team's risk perception evolution based on the integrated applications of various methods.Its research content includes as following:(1)Explaining the entrepreneur and its forms evolution,revealing the characteristic of the entrepreneur trend "from the individual to team","from the reality to virtual","from the elite to mass",sorting out the new connotation of entrepreneurial team and the risk perception of entrepreneurial team.(2)From the perceptives of cognitive difference and conflicts of benefit,this dissertation discusses the collision-communication mechanism in the process of entrepreneurial team's risk perception evolution,explains the relationship between conflict of entrepreneurial team and risk perception of entrepreneurial team and the relationship between communication of entrepreneurial team and risk perception of entrepreneurial team.(3)From the perceptives of competition and cooperation of entrepreneurs,the dissertation discusses the mechanism,process and efficiency of competition and cooperation of entrepreneurial team in the process of entrepreneurial team's risk perception evolution,constructs the game model,inflection model and effeciency evaluation model of competition and cooperation in the process of entrepreneurial team risk perception,then digges the effects of competition and cooperation by employing computational experiment.(4)From the perspective of interaction of entrepreneurs,the dissertation dicsusses the contagion mechanism and focuses on the relationship contagion and mood contagion in the process of entrepreneurial team's risk perception.Meanwhile,the dissertation constructes ralationship contagion model and mood contagion model,and discusses the contagion rules of entrepreneurial team risk perception by computational experiment.(5)The dissertation dicusses the cognitive Lock-ins mechanism of entrepreneuarial team risk perception and focuses the relationship among collsion,communication,risk perception and cognitive lock-ins.The innovation of the dissertation includes as following:(1)it discusses the effect of collsion and communication on entrepreneurial team's risk perception by drawing into task conflict,relationship conflict and transactive memory system;(2)it constructs competition-cooperation game model of an entrepreneurial team between investor and proffesional managers,and refine the key variates of entrepreneurial team's risk perception;(3)it constructs relationship contagion model of entrepreneurial team's risk perception and discusses relationship contagion rules by by computational experiment;(4)it constructs the cognitive lock-ins scale of entrepreneurial team's risk perception by the scale of shared mental models and discusses the relationship between risk perception and conflict of team,communication of team and cognitive lock-ins.
