In the background of “public entrepreneurship and innovation”, coupled with active support of national policies, there are relatively mature entrepreneurial opportunities and corresponding facilities. The development of marketing, national policy dividends and opportunities extended by the Internet business, it will be the golden age of public entrepreneurship in 2015. The research on the entrepreneurial team has gradually become the focus of scholars at home and abroad. However, a review of the previous literature, the study of the entrepreneurial team is still relatively limited, Facing the rapid development of the market environment and the complex and changeable enterprise internal environment, how to scientifically and effectively manage the conflict within the team and improve the entrepreneurial performance is one of the most concerned problems for each entrepreneurial team.On the basis of previous studies, this paper reviews a large number of domestic and foreign literatures and combined with the practice of entrepreneurship, Take the entrepreneurial team as the research object, to find out through what intervening mechanisms team conflict(relationship conflict and task conflict) effects team performance. Select team conflict as the independent variable and team learning as the intermediate variable, construct the theoretical model of team conflict, team learning and entrepreneurial performance, proposes the research hypothesis and verifies the mediation mechanism of team conflict.This paper mainly takes the 50 entrepreneurial teams as the object, issued a questionnaire and recovered 180 valid questionnaires. Using the empirical analysis method to analyze the data of the research, By Using factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis to study the relationship between team conflict and entrepreneurial performance, the following conclusions are drawn. The paper explained the twodimensional effect mechanism of team conflict to team in two ways, On the one hand, task conflict will have a positive impact on team learning, on the other hand, the relationship conflict will have a negative impact on team learning. Verify that team learning plays a partial mediating role between team conflict and performance, and points out the limitations of the paper and the problems to be solved in the future.
