Research On The Development Of Socialized Service Of Grain Production In China From The Perspective Of Supply And Demand

Grain production is the core of agricultural production,and concerns national security.The socialized service of grain production is a realistic choice to raise the comparative income of grain production and solve the problem of"who comes to grow grain"at present and in the future.It is also a kind of induced institutional arrangement of"introducing the production of small farmers into modern agriculture"under the“household contract responsibility system of rural families”in China.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the balanced and sustainable development of the social services of grain production,for the improvement of grain production efficiency,the ensurance of grain security and the promotion of grain industry.modernization.The full text is divided into eight parts.The 1^stt chapter explains the background,purpose and significance of the topic,combs the relative research trends of the domestic and foreign scholars,illustrates the general framework and defines the research methods.The 2ⁿdd chapter expounds the main related concepts and theories,laying a solid theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.The 3^rdchapter analyzes the evolution path of the social service of grain production and the symbiotic relationship between them,combined the stage characteristics of the change of grain production and operation mode in China.The 4^thh chapter explores the status and satisfaction of the farmers’demand for the social services of grain production through field research,and carrys out an empirical analysis on the factors affecting the desire of farmers by using the Logistic regression model.The 5^thh chapter evaluates and analyzes the level of the socialized service of China’s grain production from 2004 to 2015,by constructing and using the performance evaluation index system,of which the comprehensive weight was determined through combining the respective advantages of AHP and entropy method.The 6^thchapter conducts an empirical analysis on service efficiency of grain production in China,taking agricultural machinery service as an example,through the construction of efficiency evaluation system,and using the DEA method based on VRS.The7^thchapter proposes suggestions to promote the development of China’s grain production socialization service based on demand side and supply side respectively.The 8^thh chapter summarizes the full text,analyzes the deficiency and puts forward the direction for further research.The transformation of the grain production and operation mode can’t do without supporting social services,and the effective supply of social services will certainly boost its further evolution.In the framework of symbiotic evolution,this paper takes two main lines of the supply and demand,analyzes the factors affecting the demand,the channels to meet the demand,the satisfaction of the farmers to the demand,and evaluate its level and efficiency of supply.Based on that,this paper proposes following countermeasures as"promote grain scale production,promote grain professional production,cultivate new type of operating subject,improve demand expression mechanism",as well as"increase public finance investment,strengthen social capital guidance,strengthen regional behavior coordination,accelerate related technology and equipment research and development".the perspective of research are innovative to some extent.Moreover,this paper combines the stage characteristics of grain production and management,from the perspective of the service subject and service content,to construct the evaluation index system of the service level,and to determine the comprehensive weight of the index.The results show that the socialized service of grain production in China is at a high level at present,which tells that the overall equilibrium has been achieved relative to the demand for socialied services in the current stage of grain production and management.The dynamic upgrading process of the score also reveals the evolution path of the grain production services in China.i.e,from"insufficient supply”to“structural difference between supply and demand”,and“overall balance"nowadays.It is foreseeable that with the change of the operating conditions of grain production and the further evolution of the operation mode,the new demand for service will inevitably come into being,the old balance will be broken,and then step into a next cycle.
