In the era of knowledge economy,enterprises have faced with complex,dynamic external competitive environment as well as the internal environment where the millennial generation become the main force,the vitality of the employees and continuous learning skills play an increasingly important role in the development of corprations.Thriving at work is the emerging field of organizational behavior,Which emphasizes on the vitality of employees and learning.Acting as the organizers of the future development of the organization,the millennial generation,however,was regarded as promoting individuality,having strong self-esteem,pursing fairness and freedom as well as having a higher demand for environment,therefore,it is difficult for managers to manage millennial generation.How to promote thriving at work of millennial generation has been widely concerned.The style of paternalistic leadership is prevalent in the enterprise management practice in China,which is a general feature of managers in the background of Chinese culture.localization research is very important in study,so it is necessary to take account of Chinese unique cultural background when we study the characteristics of employee's behavior and attitude.At present,the study of paternalistic leadership has explored the characteristics of employee innovative behavior,work engagement,voice behavior,deviant behavior and team learning,while the characteristics of the employees have not been added to the study.The research of thriving at work is still in the initial stage,and more concentrated in the individual level.Whether it is the forerunner of thriving at work,or the driver mechanism based on paternalistic leadership and the characteristics of staff and has many mysteries to be solved.Based on this,Based on this,based on emerging theory and game theory,this study proposes he connotation and measurement of the team' thriving at work and uses qualitative analysis to explore the cross-level path of paternalistic leadership on millennial generation' thriving at work.Secondly,this study reviews the related literature research,deeply analyzes the inherent influence mechanism of paternalistic leadership on thriving at work,and again,according to the characteristics of millennial generation,introduces the value fit between the paternalistic leadership and employees' thriving at work as a moderator.Finally,using the multi-agent simulation to construct the dynamic interaction,the dynamic interaction between paternalistic leadership and thriving at work is further verified by constructing dynamic evolution,combining interviews,empirical data andpractice to design the rules of interaction between agents.Compared with the previous research,the research' innovation results are as follows:Firstly,this dissertation puts forward the connotation and measurement of the team'thriving at work based on the emerging theory.The process of its emergence depends not only on the sum of the characteristics of the individual's level of thriving at work,but also on the interaction between individual members.At the same time,the method of game theory is used to measure the interaction of team members.In other words,the theory and game theory will be integrated into the connotation and measurement of team' thriving at work,theoretically enriching team' thriving at work theory.Secondly,this dissertation redefines the connotations of paternalistic leadership and expands the boundaries of paternalistic leadership.Most of the previous research used paternalistic leadership similarly at the organizational level,the team level and the individual level,and no distinction is made between different levels of paternalistic leadership's connotation and extension.This study aggregates paternalistic leadership into team level.Not only to expand the connotation of the paternalistic leadership,but also to give the paternalistic leadership in line with the organizational atmosphere of the times' significance.Thirdly,this dissertation constructs and validates the cross-level conceptual model in the effect of paternalistic leadership on thriving at work.This research analyzes the interactive relationship between teams' thriving at work,employees' thriving at work,paternalistic leadership,psychological empowerment,interactional justice climate and values fit these variables from the perspective of millennial generation' diversified values,and establishes conceptual model and research hypothesis.The millennial generation collected 550 questionnaires of 139 teams,used SPSS22.0,AMOS17.0 and HLM7.0statistical software to verify the cross-level effect of paternalistic leadership on thriving at work.The mediating effect of psychological and Interactional justice climate,and the moderator of the value fit,and finally the test results to explore.Forthly,this dissertation establishes a multi-agent simulation of the effect of paternalistic leadership on thriving at work.Based on the complex adaptive system,this study builds a multi-agent simulation based on the perspective of employee interaction,analyzes the effect of leadership participation,leadership style change and team member's value fit on teams' thriving at work,provides a new reference for the managers in the enterprise organization to take effective leadership style to enhance the thriving at work,meanwhile in the method,enriches the prosperity of the research field.It proves that theinteraction between team members can promote the team' thriving at work and demonstrates that benevolent leadership and moral leadership have a positive effect on the thriving at work within the team.Therefore,the research conclusion has important practical guiding significance for the organization to manage the employee effectively.
