Under the background of economic globalization,knowledge diffusion speed is accelerated,product life cycle is shortened,so the knowledge ability and innovation ability gradually become the key for enterprises to maintain core competitiveness.In the era of knowledge economy,the ubiquity and dispersion of knowledge,the diversity of business models and the complexity and uncertainty of technological innovation have brought unprecedented challenges to the technological innovation of enterprises.The proposal of open innovation mode provides new ideas for enterprises to cope with the impact of economic globalization and integrate internal and external innovation resources.With the popularization of the Internet and the development of open innovation mode,open innovation communities based on the Internet keep emerging and gradually become an important channel for enterprises to obtain innovation resources.In order to grasp the needs of users accurately and shorten the cycle of product research and development effectively,many domestic and foreign enterprises have begun to use various forms of open innovation communities to bridge users and products,and quickly obtain external innovation resources.Although the open innovation community provides an important impetus for the innovation activities of enterprises,there is also a serious problem of information overload,which puts forward higher requirements for enterprises to accurately identify and adopt highly useful knowledge contributions from users.It is an important problem that managers of open innovation community need to solve how to select,evaluate and adopt the users' knowledge contribution based on scientific methods.This study takes adoption of knowledge contribution from open innovation community users as the research object.Based on the concept definition of open innovation community and knowledge contribution,in-depth study such as adopting mechanism,characteristics identification,association rules analysis and performance evaluation of knowledge contribution from open innovation community users are carried out through theoretical analysis,empirical research and data mining method.Accordingly,the corresponding optimization strategies are put forward.This paper mainly carried out the following five aspects of research:Firstly,the adoption mechanism of knowledge contribution from open innovation community users is analyzed.Through sorting out relevant research results,the adoption activities of knowledge contribution from open innovation community users are conceptually defined,and the four key characteristics of the adoption behaviors' purpose,the dynamic nature of the adoption process,the integrity of the adoption elements and the value-added of the adoption results are summarized.The adoption factors of knowledge contribution from open innovation community users are divided into four aspects: subject factors,object factors,platform factors and environment factors.The system structure of user knowledge contribution and adoption in open innovation community is constructed from the perspective of information ecological chain.The subjects of knowledge contribution and knowledge adoption in open innovation communities are divided into five categories: information producer,information consumer,information organizer,information decomposer and information disseminator.The process of information flow and information interaction among information subjects is analyzed.The adoption process of knowledge contribution from open innovation community users is divided into four stages: attention trigger,knowledge matching,value judgment and adoption decision.Based on system dynamic methods,the dynamic mechanism of adoption of knowledge contribution from open innovation community users is revealed from six dimensions: innovation resource demand drive,product and service improvement drive,enterprise innovation development strategy drive,innovation environment drive,value realization drive and revenue expectation drive.Then the adoption mechanism model of knowledge contribution from open innovation community users was built.Secondly,the adoption characteristic variable of knowledge contribution from open innovation community users is identified.Taking the information adoption model as the analysis framework,the information adoption model is refined from the five dimensions of time characteristics,semantic characteristics,emotional characteristics,formal characteristics and information source characteristics of users' knowledge contribution,and the adoption feature model of knowledge contribution from open innovation community users is constructed.Taking the Bug feedback module in xiaomi MIUI community as an example,we obtained 23318 pieces of user feedback information as the research object by writing crawler,the values of characteristic variables are extracted through data cleaning and LDA topic model and the emotion analysis tools ROSTCM6 are used respectively to quantify the semantic of knowledge contribution content and its emotional polarity.The adoption characteristic model of knowledge contribution from open innovation community users was verified by binary logistic regression.Based on the results of hypothesis verification,five characteristic variables that significantly affect the adoption result of knowledge contribution from open innovation community users are identified,namely information timeliness,information richness,information approval,information semantics and degree of users' active contribution,and the rationality of the recognition result is analyzed.Thirdly,the adoption association rules of knowledge contribution from open innovation community users are explored.Taking the adopted users' knowledge contribution content in the Bug feedback module of MIUI community as the research object,TF-IDF algorithm is used to extract the feature words of the adopted users' knowledge contribution content.The adopted users' knowledge contribution content is divided into 5 categories by k-medoids clustering and hierarchical clustering method,and the themes are interpreted.The Apriori algorithm is used to analyze the internal association rules of the adopted knowledge contribution content in Xiaomi MIUI community.The generated association rules are screened and visually represented by the confidence,support and promotion of association rules.According to the selected 12 association rules,this paper interprets the adoption association rules of knowledge contribution from users in MIUI open innovation community,and puts forward corresponding management suggestions to guide the adoption of knowledge contribution from open innovation community user to be efficient and accurate.Fourthly,based on Matter-element extension model,the adoption performance of users' knowledge contribution in open innovation community is evaluated and analyzed.Based on the innovation value chain theory and combined with the characteristics of open innovation community and its knowledge adoption process,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of users' knowledge contribution in open innovation community.The adoption performance price index of users' knowledge contribution in the open innovation community is divided into six dimensions,namely,users' contribution degree,adoption accuracy,adoption timeliness,user satisfaction,value added degree and product income degree,with a total of 22 indexes.The adoption performance evaluation method of user knowledge contribution in open innovation community is proposed.Taking Xiaomi MIUI community as an example,the adoption performance evaluation of user knowledge contribution in Xiaomi open innovation community is carried out by using matter-element extension evaluation method.Through the process of determining the classical domain and segment domain of matter element to be evaluated,solving index weight,calculating extension correlation function and determining evaluation grade,the adoption performance level of Xiaomi community users' knowledge contribution is analyzed to be excellent,but the accuracy of the adoption result and the timeliness of the adoption process still need to be improved.The adoption performance of users' knowledge contribution is re-evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the results are compared with the evaluation method proposed in this paper,which further verifies the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method in this paper.Fifthly,we put forward the adoption performance optimization strategy of knowledge contribution from open innovation community users.Based on theoretical analysis and empirical research data in adoption mechanism construction,adoption characteristics identification,adoption correlation analysis and adoption performance evaluation of knowledge contribution from open innovation community users,adoption management strategy are put forward respectively from the perspective of open innovation community platform,open innovation community managers and open innovation community users.The research work of this paper broadens and deepens the theoretical framework and application scene of information adoption model from the theoretical level,enriches and improves the theoretical system of knowledge management of open innovation community,and provides the theoretical basis for the healthy development of open innovation community.At the practice level,predictors and methods for screening and identification knowledge contribution values from open innovation community users can be provided through the analysis and research of adopting characteristics variables,adopting associated rules and adopting performance of knowledge contribution from open innovation community users.It is helpful to promote the quality of users' knowledge contribution in the open innovation community and is of great significance to the improvement of enterprises' open innovation performance.
