Human knowledge and economic evolution of the process, the new trend of the same and composite form the structure of integration of the knowledge and economy -- the knowledge-based economy. It change the agricultural economy and industrial economy operation mode based primarily on morphology labor, capital, energy, raw materials, and other elements of the most important resources, knowledge and information has become a productivity and economic growth in core resources and accelerating forces. The enterprises increasingly rely on their production, acquisition, dissemination and application of knowledge for success. Knowledge management (KM) becomes enterprise to establish and maintain a competitive edge in key factors. Knowledge-based enterprises are the product of the knowledge-based economy, So this thesis choose the employee of knowledge-based enterprises to study. But the long-even, there is just concern only the whole enterprise KM, and the company's important element of knowledge sharing research, also remains at the conceptual level, and the reality of knowledge-based enterprises' leaders is in urgent need of a more accurate evaluation of the business staff contributed to correctly guide enterprises industry development direction.This thesis base on the summary of the research and focus on the workers knowledge contribute to the performance evaluation in knowledge-based enterprises. Firstly, the theoretical research status and domestic enterprise KM realities start, Analysis the theoretical significance to study contribution to the knowledge of the staff in knowledge-based enterprises, and the practical significance of the knowledge-based enterprises to find a more accurate evaluation of staff to contribute to organizational knowledge. According to the purpose of this research, the definition is given of knowledge-based enterprises and the knowledge contribution of staff, Then Analysis impact of knowledge-based enterprises major knowledge contribution of staff, the economic factors of the knowledge contribution, the main factors and environmental factors of the knowledge contribution and characteristics of the object, based on the Balanced Scorecard System Design thinking of the intellectual contribution evaluation system. In this framework, from the individual level, organizational level, results of system level and cultural dimensions level of the establish evaluation of options index system of the workers knowledge contribution and expert investigation of alternative indicators of the screening. The effective indicators use of Delphi and AHP, which combines the square law various indicators to determine the weights. Finally use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the knowledge contribution indicators evaluation model to measure integrated the staff knowledge contribution of the strengths and weaknesses of achievement.In this paper, the method of theoretical and empirical study will be constructed the staff knowledge contribution evaluation system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model used by a knowledge-based enterprise in Chengdu. The results showed that this paper describes the design of the knowledge-based employee contribution to the knowledge of Performance Evaluation System and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the model with the actual application good maneuverability and adaptability, and the indicator system weight distribution is reasonable.The originality of the dissertation is as follows: (1) This paper proposes a strategy guided by the goal of the concept of the staff knowledge contribution is an innovation of KM study; (2) In response to knowledge-based enterprises organizational characteristics, proposes performance evaluation system of the staff knowledge contribution; (3) Based on the theory of fuzzy, establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for comprehensive evaluation of the staff knowledge contribution index system.In short, Based on the balanced scorecard indicators design establish of the staff knowledge contribution performance evaluation system in knowledge-based enterprises and the knowledge contribution of staff fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, with a theoretical and practical significance level.
