Under the environment of the knowledge economy, knowledge has become one of the most important production elements. Many enterprises started to pay attention to the Knowledge Management and carried out it. Meanwhile, with the rapid development of internet technologies especially that of Web2.0, the rate of knowledge transmission and update became faster and faster. As a result, enterprises can conveniently acquire and manage various types of knowledge both from outside and inside of the enterprises. However, during the process of knowledge management and application, enterprises have encountered some intractable problems:①more and more useless and redundant knowledge gave rise to innumerable "knowledge bubble" and "knowledge rubbish", which resulted in "knowledge explosion" and the low retrieval efficiency of knowledge;②the lack of reasonable evaluation for enterprise knowledge values led to serious disordering status of enterprise knowledge;③employees were reluctant to share knowledge, while the assessment and incentive mechanism of knowledge contribution was deficient or ineffective;④it was difficult for employees to find a suitable field to place their knowledge because of the low efficiency of knowledge utilization. In order to solve the problems mentioned, this paper did a research on the integrated evaluation of enterprise knowledge and employee knowledge contribution from the perspective of theory, methodology and application. The main research contents are as follows. Chapter1elaborated the research background, raised the main research issues, and reviewed the related status quo of domestic and overseas literatures. Then the research target and significance were analyzed, and the technical route and organizational chart of dissertation were provided. Finally, in Chapter7, a case study on a certain transformer enterprise was put forward to develop a knowledge sharing and evaluation prototype system integrating knowledge and employee knowledge contribution. And this case validated the system and theoretical research above. The research achievements of this dissertation will contribute to developing and perfecting knowledge evaluation theories and methodologies, and improving the enterprise knowledge retrieval, application and innovation.
