of property right system is of great practical significance to the improvement of the operation ability of state-owned commercial banks and the overall development of China's financial industry. This paper attempts to construct a comprehensive and objective evaluation system for the effect of property right reform of state-owned commercial banks in China, and make a follow-up evaluation and scientific analysis of the effect of property right system completed from three aspects of corporate governance, operational efficiency and risk-taking.It can greatly enrich and improve the existing property right theory, explore the property right system of commercial banks in line with China's national conditions, and provide a reference for China.State-owned commercial banks further deepen the reform of property rights system to provide theoretical basis. This article is divided into seven chapters. The details are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.Firstly, starting from the current situation of property right system reform and reorganization and listing of state-owned commercial banks in China, this chapter puts forward the practical significance of the research on the effect of property right system reform of state-owned commercial banks in China.Secondly,it outlines the research methods and framework of this paper, and reviews and summarizes the literature from three aspects: property rights system reform and corporategovernance structure, operating efficiency and risk-taking.Finally,the innovation and shortcomings of this paper are summarized. The second chapter defines the relevant concepts of property right system reform of state-owned banks.Secondly,it elaborates the theoretical basis of property right system reform including principal-agent theory, transaction cost theory and property right theory in detail, which provides theoretical basis for subsequent chapter analysis. At last,it summarizes the reform mode and realization path of the property right system of state-owned commercial banks, which can be divided into absolute holding, relative holding, pluralistic and private holding,to provide reference for the reform of the property the state-owned commercial banks, this paper first expounds and analyzes the general mechanism of risk bearing and its generation, then constructs the optimal risk bearing level model of banks to the effects of the property rights system reform of state-owned commercial banks.2.theoretical analysis.Through the analysis and introduction of the basic theory of the property right system reform of state-owned commercial banks, and the elaboration and analysis of the three effects of the property right system reform, this paper tries to enrich and perfect the existing property right theory, and puts forward suggestions for further deepening the property right system reform of state-owned commercial banks in China. For theoretical basis.3,game analysis.Game theory can better reflect the changeable behavior results of participants in multi-party economic activities. In economic activities, the main participants adopt different coping strategies by observing and predicting the behavior of other participants.More suitable for complex real economic activities. In this paper, the game theory is used to analyze the principal-agent and free riding behavior in the property right system reform of state-owned commercial banks and the relationship between state-owned equity and non-state-owned equity.4.Empirical analysis. In this paper,we use dynamic effect model and panel data model to
