industrial development and the guarantee of national industrialization.In recent years,China's equipment manufacturing industry develops rapidly,but there is still much to improve to compare with the advanced international equipment manufacturing industry.After the financial crisis,developed countries began to make strategies and plans to develop the real economy,and put forward "re-industrialization".The German strategic plan of "Industry 4.0" brings many aspects to the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry."Made in China 2025" points the way for China's manufacturing industry.After the 18 th National Congress of the Party,China adopted the road of independent innovation,deepened the institutional reform,and accelerated the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy.Science and technology innovation is the premise of promoting the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing enterprises,and equipment manufacturing enterprises are the main battlefields for realizing science and technology innovation in China.The research of science and technology innovation and enterprise upgrading in the current research is in a relatively weak state.In the process of equipment manufacturing enterprises' transformation and upgrading,it's an important issue to choose the upgrading path under the driven of science and technology innovation.In this paper,under the background of "made in China 2025" and "industry 4.0",from the perspective of equipment manufacturing enterprises,this paper reveals the mechanism of influencing factors of science and technology innovation and enterprise performance.It also explores the upgrading strategy path of equipment manufacturing enterprises driven by science and technology innovation in order to provide theoretical and practical reference to enhance the science and technology innovation ability of China's equipment manufacturing.It is beneficial to the upgrading strategy path driven by science and technology.The upgrading of equipment manufacturing enterprises is to enable enterprises to gain stronger profitability,follow-up development capacity and improve business efficiency.So the paper sums up science and technology innovation influencing factors of the enterprise upgrading strategy path by literature analysis,interview method et al.The mechanism of enterprise upgrading strategy path influencing factors impact on enterprise performance is analyzed in detail from the internal mechanism and external mechanism aspect.A multivariate
