The Empirical Research On Technology Innovation Efficiency And Influence Factors Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry

The equipment manufacturing industry is the core of the industry value chain,which is known as an important engine driving the industrial transformation and upgrading.The existing research on technological innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry is mostly in the perspective of independent external factors and focus on its effect on the equipment manufacturing industry,which ignores the interactions between multiple factors,and lack of overall research on the influence factors of technological innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry.Based on interviews of 58 Suzhou equipment manufacturing enterprises,and combined with the grounded theory,this paper refines 30 factors which influence technological innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry.And then based on the sample data of 40 Suzhou equipment manufacturing listed companies,the paper uses stochastic frontier analysis(SFA)to estimate the technological innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in Suzhou,and analysis the influence factors and its effect.The study finds that the overall level is quite of the technological innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in Suzhou,and external factors play a positive role."The size of the company","organization structure","gross profit rate",and "collaboration platforms" influence the most obviously.The cultivation path suggestions:(1)the enterprises cluster,integrate and share scientific resources.(2)encourage enterprises to obtain high additional profits by specializing in technology.(3)establish long-term incentive mechanism of talent introduction(4)strengthen cooperation with foreign enterprises.(5)pay attention to technology innovation and research environment.(6)upgrade equipment manufacturing industry step by step.(7)integrate the Internet plus and R&D manufacturing.
