At present,China is actively promoting the innovation and application of the whole industrial chain,promoting the coordinated development of the whole industrial chain,which also makes the C-terminal(customer terminal)and M-terminal(manufacturing terminal)of the industrial chain face the challenge of external environment changes.C2 M mode is just produced under this change.It is a new business mode of industrial Internet e-commerce,also known as "short circuit economy".The rapid development of C2 M mode promotes the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing mode,which needs to be supported by the establishment of new manufacturing mode.Based on this,this paper proposes the concept of C2 M mode service manufacturing.C2 M mode service manufacturing is a new trterminal and new mode generated by the service transformation of manufacturing industry and the integrated development of C2 M.It is based on the whole industry chain and customer-oriented,closely connecting the C-terminal and M-terminal,increasing the personalized demand and participation of the C-terminal,participating in the operation of the whole industry chain from R&D,procurement,manufacturing,sales,etc.,and providing integrity.The solution of C-terminal and M-terminal forces the linkage upgrading to realize the operation of the whole industrial chain.C2 M mode service manufacturing brings about changes in C-terminal and M-terminal.In the C-terminal,the customer's personalized trterminal is obvious,the whole process participation is increased,and the customer is required to be closely connected with the M-terminal,hoping to enjoy relevant services from time to time,and can get a lower price.In the M-terminal,with the increasing demand for manufacturing service transformation and upgrading,the M-terminal needs to know more about the requirements of the C-terminal,so as to make accurate prediction and judgment on the market and orders,and hope to be able to control costs more effectively,obtain high profits,so as to better provide quality services for the C-terminal.This kind of change needs to break through the connection barrier between C-terminal and M-terminal,and build a logistics system that can make C-terminal and M-terminal interconnected to support.Therefore,C2 M mode service manufacturing logistics system has become the key foundation of the research.At present,the relevant content has been widely concerned by the academic community.Some scholars have done research on C2 M model and the related content of manufacturing industry.However,the research on C2 M mode service manufacturing logistics system is still rare.Logistics system is the main means to establish the interconnection between C-terminal and M-terminal.We can judge whether the connection is effective from the structure and operation of the system.Therefore,the core of C2 M model service manufacturing logistics system is the structure and operation of the system.The structure of the system can be studied from the composition and relationship of the system structure,and the operation of the system can be studied from the operation process and requirements of the system.These two problems can be solved by constructing structural model and equilibrium model respectively.This paper combines the theory of logistics equilibrium and system engineering to build the structure model and equilibrium model,and through the two model cycle to improve the optimization,to achieve the best efficiency and efficiency.By using the structure model,the C2 M mode service manufacturing logistics structure is scientific and reasonable;by using the equilibrium model,the C2 M mode service manufacturing logistics operation is efficient.In this paper,the C2 M mode service manufacturing logistics system is studied,mainly in the following three aspects:(1)This paper studies the construction of C2 M model service manufacturing logistics system and its core issues.Firstly,based on the C2 M model,the concept of C2 M model service manufacturing is summarized.This paper combines the theory of equilibrium in the field of logistics management,enriches and improves the theory of logistics equilibrium,and expounds the system engineering theory involved in this study.Using the theory of logistics equilibrium and system engineering,based on the requirement of C2 M mode service manufacturing to logistics system,the concept connotation of C2 M mode service manufacturing logistics system is put forward.Secondly,it analyzes the balanced connotation and goal of C2 M mode service manufacturing logistics system,establishes a logical model,and puts forward that the core problem of C2 M mode service manufacturing logistics system is the structure and operation of the system.Finally,it analyzes the structure composition and structure relationship of C2 M mode service manufacturing logistics system,the operation process and operation requirements of C2 M mode service manufacturing logistics system.The research shows that a reasonable logistics system structure and a balanced operation mode of the logistics system are the key foundation for the C2 M mode service manufacturing logistics system to achieve an ideal state.(2)This paper studies the construction of C2 M model service manufacturing logistics architecture model.First of all,the function characteristics of C2 M mode service manufacturing logistics system are proposed,which are also the important goals of C2 M mode service manufacturing logistics system.This paper analyzes the content elements and resource elements of C2 M mode service manufacturing logistics system.Through the analysis of these elements,we can make clear the structure composition,support carrier and mode of C2 M model service manufacturing logistics system.Secondly,using the three-stage modeling technology of system engineering theory,this paper designs the C2 M mode service manufacturing logistics system structure process,including: system clustering,system concept model,system structure model,and finally studies the optimization of the system structure.Then,using the network analysis technology in the system engineering,we build the system model,and give the specific process of building the system model,and study the optimization analysis method of the system structure model.Finally,the application of the model is analyzed through the design of the C2 M model service manufacturing logistics architecture model in Shenyang.The research shows that the establishment of scientific and reasonable logistics system is an important way and method for the transformation from traditional manufacturing mode to C2 M mode service manufacturing mode,and the logistics system structure model is the premise and key link for the establishment of a complete and efficient C2 M mode service manufacturing logistics system.Therefore,the structural model is used to optimize the layout of various elements in the system,so that C2 M mode services manufacturing logistics body.The system structure reaches a reasonable state.(3)This paper studies the construction of the equilibrium model of C2 M model service manufacturing logistics system.First,based on the theory of logistics equilibrium,the design idea and process of C2 M model service manufacturing logistics system equilibrium model are given.Secondly,it puts forward the concept of logistics equilibrium degree,establishes the measurement model of logistics equilibrium degree,measures the current equilibrium situation of the system,and defines the standard range of equilibrium.Thirdly,establish the logistics equilibrium optimization model.In the model construction,combined with the relevant methods of logistics equilibrium theory and system engineering theory,the problem description and system description are given,and the goal of equilibrium and the relationship and structure of nodes in the system are clarified.Fourthly,the paper discusses three possible results of the logistics equilibrium model,that is,no solution,multiple solutions,and unique solutions.Fifthly,in the model building method,the R-tree algorithm,multi constraint objective programming method and variational inequality are used to solve the model.The research shows that it is the key to establish efficient C2 M mode service manufacturing logistics system to optimize the operation state of logistics system.The logistics equilibrium model constructed in this paper can make the logistics system structure more reasonable and improve the operation efficiency of the logistics system,so as to control the cost.The ultimate goal of the logistics equilibrium model is to provide better logistics services to C-terminal and improve logistics profits.According to the development needs of C2 M mode,this paper puts forward the concept of C2 M mode service manufacturing,which provides a theoretical basis for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry service.Based on the requirements of C2 M mode service manufacturing for logistics system and the relationship between them,and combining with the theory of logistics equilibrium and system engineering,this paper puts forward the theoretical connotation and core issues of C2 M mode service manufacturing logistics system,which clarifies the scientific issues of this paper and enriches the relevant research,and establishes the research of C2 M mode service manufacturing logistics system as a new theory.The system provides theoretical guidance framework and analysis framework for the research of related issues.The core problem of C2 M model service manufacturing logistics system is the structure problem and the operation problem.This paper solves these two problems by building the structure model and the equilibrium model,which is also the innovation of the model method.Using structural model makes the system structure scientific and reasonable,and using equilibrium model makes the system running well.Through the establishment of a reasonable logistics system structure and good operation conditions,the C-terminal and M-terminal can realize the "short chain" fast connection.
