With the rapid development of economy, facing the increasingly complex market demand, the manufacturing enterprises in China are faced with a rigorous challenge to the service-oriented transformation, the logistics activities of manufacturing enterprises are generated by the production activities, as an important support of the enterprise production, logistics system has become an important part of manufacturing industry competition, the efficiency of the logistics system affects the future development of manufacturing enterprises.In order to make the T company could face the varieties of market demands positively, and stand out from the fierce competition environment quickly, this article will take T company as the main research object and research on the planning of its internal logistics system.In this paper, the integrating theory with practice, system analysis, combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis method are integrated used to research on the T company’s internal logistics system according to the logical thinking from theory to practice. At first, the concept of logistics equilibrium and manufacturing enterprise logistics system is defined, in combination with the practical situation of T company’s development, the basic idea of the T company’s internal logistics system planning is established, the goal and function of logistics system planning is proposed. According to the goal and function of logistics system planning, the structure model of T company’s internal logistics system based on logistics equilibrium is built.According to the current internal logistics situation of T company, the specific planning scheme of the internal logistics system is proposed. The joint inventory management is adopted to manage raw material inventory; the workshop layout of production is planned by the method of SLP combining with genetic algorithm, and the working procedure of assembly line is improved by using ECRS principle; the finished goods inventory is classification managed by adopting the ABC classification; Finally the logistics information system is built from the Angle of business functions, data flow and the system module.
