As an important goal of manufacturing transformation and upgrading,the service-oriented manufacturing was regarded as the core operation mode of domestic and foreign manufacturing enterprises in future.Especially with the continuous integration of new technologies such as industrial Internet,it has become the mainstream of development that multiple manufacturing enterprises cooperate to manufacture products or service solutions for users.As an important link and bridge,the logistics industry is bound to change and transform.However,due to the different progress of service-oriented upgrading and the degree of external cooperation,all the logistics system elements,structure and operation would be required by the manufacturing industry are also different.Therefore,according to the objectives and requirements of serviceoriented manufacturing,it is an important foundation and objective need for the management and control of regional logistics system to study and determine the regional logistics system elements,structure and control strategy.Based on the above,the domestic and foreign research literature on the relationship between service-oriented manufacturing and logistics industry,regional logistics system planning and structure,regional logistics system measurement and control were traced and summarized in this paper,and the measurement and strategy of regional logistics system equilibrium degree of service-oriented manufacturing as the main research content were putted forward,and the four aspects of research work were as follows:(1)The theoretical framework of equilibrium analysis and measurement of regional logistics system for service-oriented manufacturing was proposed.Based on the analysis of the connotation and target attributes of service-oriented manufacturing,and the connotation and characteristics of regional logistics system,the external conditions,basic conditions,effects and specific performance of the balanced formation of regional logistics system for service-oriented manufacturing were studied and analyzed,and a theoretical model for measuring the equilibrium degree of regional logistics system was proposed,and studies and analyzes the core composition and relevant theoretical basis of the measurement theoretical model was gived,which lays the theoretical premise for this study.(2)The identification and structure analysis of equilibrium condition elements of regional logistics system for service-oriented manufacturing were studied and analyzed.Under the guidance of the principle and general idea of factor identification,the grounded theory paradigm was applied to study the condition factors of equilibrium degree of regional logistics system for service-oriented manufacturing in this paper,and the relationship among the factors were analyzed.Based on this,the research hypothesis of the equilibrium condition factor structure of regional logistics system for service-oriented manufacturing were putted forward,and they were compared and divided by fuzzy configuration combining with specific practical cases Based on the analysis method,the structure of equilibrium condition elements of regional logistics system for service-oriented manufacturing were explored,and the structural characteristics of elements were analyzed.(3)The measurement system of regional logistics system equilibrium degree for serviceoriented manufacturing is constructed.Based on the analysis of the connotation of logistics equilibrium degree,the measurement idea of regional logistics system equilibrium degree for service-oriented manufacturing was putted forward,and the measurement system composition including measurement index system,the measurement method and discrimination standard were determined.Based on the connotation of logistics equilibrium degree,the measurement index system of equilibrium degree including quantity balance,structure balance and time balance,and the judging standard of equilibrium degree were putted forward.At the same time,the measurement method suitable for the balance degree were selected,and the measurement process was gived.Finally,the scientific rationality of the index system,measurement method and measurement standard was verified by an example.(4)The balanced operation control strategy of regional logistics system for serviceoriented manufacturing was given.Based on the analysis of the connotation and measurement results of the equilibrium degree,the control mechanism of the balanced operation for the regional logistics system for service-oriented manufacturing was proposed,according to the different stages of the operation process of the regional logistics system,including the selection of service subjects,the collaborative operation of the system and the early warning control of the service subjects.The service subject selection is to select the service subject by calculating the logistics radiation capacity.The service subject operation control is to take the super network equilibrium model of the regional logistics system as the control target.The service subject early warning control refers to the idea of control chart to put forward the early warning sign of regional logistics system operation control.The three control strategies were verified by application examples and simulation.By identifying the elements of the regional logistics system of service-oriented manufacturing,the logistics equilibrium degree is the key factor to adjust the relationship between service-oriented manufacturing and regional logistics system were proposed,and then the measurement system and control strategy of the equilibrium degree were gived.The purpose is to solve the target requirements of service-oriented manufacturing,the selection,measurement and control of the components of regional logistics system The logistics industry development of manufacturing industry provides new ideas and research perspectives,which can provide important decision-making reference for regional logistics macro-control departments,manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises.
