Study On Enterprise Logistics Informationization Strategy: Based On Dynamic Equilibrium

Making great efforts to promote the deep integration of information andtechnology is an important strategic disposition to push forward Chineseindustrialization, which was included in the Report of the17thCongress ofRepresentatives of the C.P.C. Logistics informationization is an important symbol topromote the integration of informationization and industrialization. Today’s societyhas been one integrating information economy, internet economy and intellectualeconomy. The operation environment of enterprises has become a complicated andchangeable dynamic environment from a relatively static one; the strategicmanagement of enterprises has moved to delicate economy and knowledge economy.With the coming of the internet of things, the business dynamic equilibriummanagement from the original extensive static management; and the logisticsinformationization of the enterprises has developed into dynamic equilibrium ofvirtual resources cloud computing from the original dynamic equilibrium of virtuallogistics resources dispatching.This paper has studied the logistics informationization strategy theories, planningmethods and the types of the strategy implementation of the domestic and foreignenterprises. The results show that, there is no satisfactory answer yet, and it isdifficult for many enterprises to achieve the desired results in the logisticsinformationization planning and implementation. In view of the above questions,this paper has presented a logistics informationization strategy based on the dynamicequilibrium to respond to the changeable business environment, delicate dynamicequilibrium management, and the capability of virtual logistics informationresources computing based on dynamic equilibrium.Taking the dynamic equilibrium enterprise logistics information strategyplanning and its implementation process as the object of study, this paper has probedinto the theories and methods of the dynamic equilibrium enterprise logisticsinformation strategy management, established the enterprise logisticsinformationization strategy planning method and the implementation process model, taking enterprises as the main player of being geared to the strategic planning and thewhole process of inplementation, and studied a number of key technologies. By usingthe rough set analysis, it has studied the main influencing factors of the enterpriselogistics informationization strategy planning research, extracted several core factorswhich affect the enterprise logistics informationization strategy planning, andestablished the framework model of the enterprise logistics informationizationstrategy planning based on the dynamic equilibrium; through the strategy modelanalysis of the integration strategy, platform strategy and security strategyimplemented in the enterprise logistics informationization, it has analyzed theimplementation routines of the enterprise logistics informationization stratety; it hasestablished the index system for performance evaluation of enterprise logisticsinformationization on the basis of the literature review, and through investigation, ithas divided the enterprises in east, south, north and south west of China into threesample clusters: the enterprises which fail to implement the logisticsinformationization, are implementing the logistics informationization and haveimplemented logistics informationization, by using the method of AMOS structuralequation in SPSS, it has evaluated the implementation performance of the enterpriselogistics informationization strategy, and analyzed the adaptability and usefulness ofthe dynamic equilibrium enterprise logistics informationization strategy based on theevaluation results.In the end, this paper points out that, on the basis of the model of logisticsinformationization strategy planning method and implementation process, and inaccordance with the practical situation of the enterprises, they may use such planningmethod to make efficiently the dynamic equilibrium logistics informationizationstrategy and its implementation plans, and make control over and decision on theplanning and its implementation process with the support of a series of auxiliaries torationalize the planning and the implementation contents and process, therefore toenhance the success rate and efficiency of the enterprise logistics informationizationstrategy planning and implementation, and promote the competitiveness of theenterprise finally.
