Research On The Monitoring Evaluation System Of Regional Logistics Operation Based On Logistics Equilibrium

The arrival of the era of big data and cloud computing, the widespread use of "Internet +", has played a great role in promoting the development of the logistics industry. At present, the industry status of China’s logistics industry is in gradually increased of the stage, modern logistics service system is gradually formed, in order to better adapt to the economic development of the "new normal", the need to shift from the pursuit of scale and speed of extensive growth to pay attention to the quality and efficiency of intensive growth, which is to attach importance to the balanced development of the logistics, to avoid over-investment due to some aspects, resulting in waste of excessive investment, in order to achieve green and low-carbon development.Therefore, this paper constructs a regional logistics operation monitoring and evaluation System bases on the point of view of logistics balance, the combination of theoretical research and practical research, the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method. The specific research contents include:(1) The research of logistics equilibrium bases on equilibrium theory, constraints theory and regional logistics theory. This part analysis the relationship of the regional logistics operation and logistics equilibrium, from the static balance and dynamic balance of regional logistics operation analysis the regional logistics operation influence factors and regional logistics operation characteristics.(2) The design of regional logistics operation monitoring and evaluation system based on logistics equilibrium. From the perspective of logistics equilibrium, considering five aspects equilibrium of logistics in quantity, structure, time and technology level, establishing the monitoring evaluation system of regional logistics operation, establishing the monitoring evaluation model of regional logistics operation, drawing the ideological of control charts to establish early warning model and studying the regional logistics operation early warning.(3) Taking Shenyang city as the object of study, using the data of Shenyang city in city as the basis for monitoring and evaluating model and warning model, giving the results of the evaluation and early warning of logistics operation in Shenyang.In this paper, the regional logistics operation monitoring system from the perspective of logistics equilibrium enriches the regional logistics theory and logistics equilibrium theory, provides a reference basis for the monitoring of regional logistics operation.
