Research On The Mechanism Of Cooperative Ambidextrous Innovation Of High-tech Enterprises

The country implements the innovation-driven development strategies actively,emphasizes that technological innovation is the significant strategic support for improving social productivity and overall national strength.For the micro level,the technological innovation is also crucial to the growth of high-tech enterprises.As the mainstay of national economy,the development level of high-tech enterprises plays an important role in promoting social and economic progress.The cooperative ambidextrous innovation is the effective way for high-tech enterprises to increase the probability of innovation success and innovation efficiency,and gain core competitiveness.The realization of cooperative ambidextrous innovation is also beneficial for high-tech enterprises to accumulate competitive advantages,and gain the initiative in market competition.The cooperative ambidextrous innovation mechanism is one of the important contents of the cooperative ambidextrous innovation research of high-tech enterprises.It is the condition and basis for high-tech enterprises to enhance the cooperative ambidextrous innovation ability,and it is also the key to ensure that high-tech enterprises can realize the cooperative ambidextrous innovation smoothly.However,the current research on the cooperative ambidextrous innovation mechanism of high-tech enterprises is not deep enough.This paper takes the connotation and characteristics of cooperative ambidextrous innovation of high-tech enterprises as the research entry point,and constructs the theoretical framework of cooperative ambidextrous innovation mechanism of high-tech enterprises.This paper systematically studies the key issues of high-tech enterprise cooperative ambidextrous innovation including the motivation,risk management,dynamic evolution,coordination and stability mechanism,and then puts forward the safeguard measures for the realization of cooperative ambidextrous innovation of high-tech enterprise.The main research contents of the paper are shown as follows:Firstly,the paper constructs and analyzes the theoretical framework of cooperative ambidextrous innovation mechanism of high-tech enterprises.By sorting out and refining the research results at home and abroad,the connotation and characteristics of the cooperative ambidextrous innovation and cooperative ambidextrous innovation mechanism of high-tech enterprises are defined.Based on the theory of duality theory and composite basic concept,combined with the characteristics of high-tech enterprises,the concept model of cooperative ambidextrous innovation mechanism of high-tech enterprises is designed and constructed based on the theory and method.The framework and content of cooperative ambidextrous innovation mechanism are further analyzed according to the conceptual model.Secondly,this paper studies the motivation mechanism for the cooperative ambidextrous innovation of high-tech enterprises.The paper uses the document extraction method and the theory of doubt-solving to identify the driving force of cooperative ambidextrous innovation in high-tech enterprises.The structural interpretation model is used to further identify the key driving factors of cooperative ambidextrous innovation,and the key elements and their functions are analyzed in depth between them,combined with the SFP method,analyzes the structure,function and principle of the cooperative ambidextrous innovation incentive mechanism.Thirdly,the paper studies the risk management mechanism of cooperative ambidextrous innovation of high-tech enterprises.The paper summarizes the risk evaluation index system of cooperative ambidextrous innovation of high-tech enterprises through document extraction,analyzes the risk characteristics of cooperative ambidextrous innovation and the principles of risk evaluation index design,and uses the questionnaire and factor analysis method to obtain practical significance The risk evaluation index system,combined with the high-tech enterprise cooperative ambidextrous innovation risk evaluation characteristics,selects a binary semantic evaluation model for application analysis and research,and proposes corresponding risk management measures.Fourthly,the paper studies the dynamic evolution mechanism of cooperative ambidextrous innovation in high-tech enterprises.Based on the B-Z response model,through the establishment of a logistic evolution model consisting of three competence elements of high-tech enterprise cooperative exploitive innovation,high-tech enterprise cooperative explorative innovation,and high-tech enterprise core competitiveness,the cooperative exploitive innovation is regarded as the leading factor for the evolution of cooperative ambidextrous innovation in enterprises.By studying the threshold conditions to explore the evolutionary law of cooperative ambidextrous innovation in high-tech enterprises and conducting simulation studies,the evolution paths of the cooperative ambidextrous innovation of high-tech enterprises under different cooperative ambidextrous innovation atmospheres are analyzed.Fifthly,the paper studies the coordination and stability mechanism of cooperative ambi-dextrous innovation.Based on the evolutionary game theory,the theoretical analysis of the cooperative ambidextrous innovation coordination problem of high-tech enterprises is constructed,and the evolutionary game model of the cooperative ambidextrous innovation coordination mechanism of high-tech enterprises is constructed.The main influencing factors of the coordinated behavior of ambidextrous innovation are further analyzed by simulation in different situations.Finally,the paper puts forward safeguard measures to promote the realization of cooperative ambidextrous innovation in high-tech enterprises.Combining empirical research results and current situation analysis,from the perspectives of different subjects,specific guarantees for high-tech enterprise cooperative ambidextrous innovation motivation,risk management,dynamic evolution,coordination and stability mechanisms are proposed to promote high-tech enterprise cooperative ambidextrous innovation.Through the analysis and research in this paper,the connotation of cooperative ambidextrous innovation mechanism of high-tech enterprises is defined,and the theoretical model of cooperative ambidextrous innovation mechanism is established by combining system theory and ambidextrous theory,and the driving factors of cooperative ambidextrous innovation are identified.Explored the coordination mechanism of cooperative ambidextrous innovation coordination,summarized the risk factors of cooperative ambidextrous innovation,and proposed safeguard measures to promote the realization of cooperative ambidextrous innovation.The paper provides feasible references for China's high-tech enterprises to carry out cooperative ambidextrous innovation activities more smoothly,and improve the level of cooperative ambidextrous innovation of high-tech enterprises.
