On this basis, the company’s strategic objectives, the establishment of the company’s future development strategy for cooperation and innovation. In order to guarantee the realization of the strategic objectives of the company and the successful implementation of the cooperative innovation strategy, this paper also puts forward some concrete measures to strengthen the enterprise management, to do a good job in the preparation, the choice of partners, to control the risk of transformation and so on.
