The high-tech enterprise is an important driving force for economic and social development, and is an integral part of national innovation and devalopment strategy. The ever-changing technology and the changing market demand lead to the shortening of the product cycle and dynamic characteristics of the innovation environment, and put forward higher requirements for the innovation ability and innovation mode of the high-tech enterprise. For this reason, ambidextrous innovation is gradually identified and implemented in enterprises to help them respond to changes in the external environment and enhance innovation ability while production operations, which is an important approach to achieve long-term development and sustainable competitive advantage. However, constricted by the limited resources and different organizational inertia and other aspects, the high-tech enterprise is easy to fall into the dilemma of ambidextrous innovation, which lead to the failure of ambidextrous innovation or even business decline. Therefore, how to realize the effective development of ambidextrous innovation in high-tech enterprise, enhance its innovation performance and sustainable competitive advantage, become the urgent problem to be solved.Based on theoretical research on ambidextrous innovation and innovation performance of high-tech enterprise, from the two angles of external motivation and internal motivation the study has been to explore the formation of ambidextrous innovation, from the three aspects of external innovation environment, internal innovation ability and overall organization model the study has summarizes the basic conditions of ambidextrous innovation in high-tech enterprise.Focusing on the micro-organizational level, the research has divided the organizational model of high-tech enterprise ambidextrous innovation, illustrated the independent and cooperative organization model by using two cases and explored the organizational model, the constituent elements and the mechanism of ambidextrous innovation. The study has analyzed the key organizational factors that influence ambidextrous innovation, constructed the theoretical model of organizational factors, ambidextrous innovation and innovation performance, and analyzed the multi-group structure equation based on organizational model characteristic variables. Thus, the research has explored the different impact of model path, which caused by the different organizational model, and then put forward the corresponding management recommendations,to help high-tech enterprises to develop scientific innovation strategy and provide the basis of ambidextrous innovation development and competitive advantage achievement for high-tech enterprises. The research results show that innovation environmental perception and organizational innovation resource have a significant positive impact on innovation performance, exploratory and exploitative innovation abilities play an intermediary role in the relationship of innovation environmental perception, organizational innovation communication, organizational innovation resource and innovation performance.Compared with the cooperative organization model, the independent organization model is more conducive to exploratory innovation;compared with the independent organization mode, the cooperative organization model is more conducive to the application innovation.Therefor, different innovation activities should choose a different organizational model, which provide a new idea for high-tech enterprises to choose a matching organizational model.Meanwhile, the research puts forward three mechanism resource allocation mechanism, external cooperation mechanism and internal sharing mechanism to guarantee the efficient operation of the organization.
