Research On Construction And Application Of Green Residential Building Value Field

Although green residential buildings(GRB)have made some achievement in China,there are still many problems such as insufficient supply and slow development.To a certain extent,this reflects that green residential building value has not been given much attention and recognition.Green residential building value constructs the relationship between GRB and residents.It mainly embodied as people's need for GRB.The quantity of the value is the degree to which GRB are needed by people.Most current researches focus on the object? GRB.It ignores the impact of GRB consumers and environment on the development of GRB and its value.Therefore,based on the theory of utility value and field theory,the thesis takes the idea,theory and model of physical field as research tools.It has constructed the value field model of GRB and discussed the relationship between GRB and human.The research content and results of the thesis are as follows:(1)The concept of GRB and its valueGreen residential building is such a residence that is guided by sustainable development and the principle of ecological balance.It can minimize the energy consumption and environmental impact of housings in order to achieve social,economic and environmental harmony.The purpose of selecting GRB as the research object is to understand the relationship among human,residence and environment as well as the characteristics of energy flow from a systematic and holistic point of view.GRB value reflects the relationship between human and GRB and the quantity of the value is the degree to which GRB are needed by people.This thesis studied GRB value under the guidance of awareness.GRB value has the characteristics such as dynamic,regional,objective,unity of subject and object,unity of internal and external values,etc.Besides,the diffusion process of GRB value can be described that when the intrinsic value of GRB spread,consumers decide whether it is valuable according to their own value needs,thus forming green perceived value.(2)Scientificness and feasibility of GRB value fieldGRB value field is a kind of architectural space which is formed by the existence of GRB and the psychological space of people involved in it.GRB value is consist of field source,field force and field district.As a method of value assessment,it has the characteristics of integrity,conceptual guidance and subjectivity compared with value engineering.Through the analysis,it is found that there is a strong similarity between value field and electrostatic field in the concept,type and characteristics.It has specific space elements and forces and it is objective.In addition,there are similarities between GRB value space and field space in the aspect of mathematical topology.It can be concluded that the construction of GRB value field is scientific and reasonable.The thesis applied the method of collecting data by trial investigation to construct the model of GRB value field in GRB market,and verifies the feasibility of GRB value field.(3)Study on the measurement of field effect of GRB value.GRB value field effect,also known as the influence of field,refers to the impact and impact degree of the field source of GRB value field on the residential consumption behavior of people within a certain range.The process of producing the field effect of the green residential value is the process that the intrinsic value of the intrinsic attributes and functions of the green residential is transformed into the perceived value of the green residential after being perceived by people.Human value orientation dominates its value choices and leads its behavior to conform to a certain value goal.Both of them influence the behavior of GRB consumption by psychological judgment.The field effect of value field of GRB is analyzed by using field force in this thesis.GRB value field force model constructs the relationship between the perceived value of GRB,the consumer's demand for GRB,GRB environment,and the distance between consumers and GRB.The operation of the model is to solve the values of the three variables.The concrete operation of the model includes analyzing the influencing factor of the variables,constructing the index system of the variables,determining the index weight,calculating the score of the variables,and calculating the value field force.(4)The model of GRB value field force in NanjingQuestionnaire is designed to survey residential consumers in Nanjing.By analyzing the collected data by factor analysis method,the index system of green housing value field force model is obtained.(5)Value analysis of Nanjing's GRBThe index weight is determined by the method of contribution rate of variance and coefficient of variation of common factor.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is also applied to get the scores of each index.Field force score is taken as a measure of value,which is also the measurement that evaluates the value of green housing market and it influencing factors.(6)Analysis on the value improvement of green housingBased on the value field force model and the calculation results,this thesis combs the process of value improvement of GRB and analyzes the value enhancement strategy of GRB.The research broadens the research scope of the research on GRB theory and enriches the research content of GRB value theory.It also innovates the method of evaluation of GRB value.
