The Yangtze River Delta region is the region with the fastest economic development in China.It has the advantages of geography,economy and attracting talents,forming a certain agglomeration effect.Under this effect,the biomedical industry has gradually formed a scale industrial cluster in the Yangtze River Delta region,which has promoted the innovation and development of the industry to some extent.In the industrial cluster,the innovative cooperation between biomedical enterprises,research institutes and related organizations has gradually deepened,the research mainly focuses on cooperation mode,innovation efficiency,cooperation motivation and influencing factors.In recent years,many scholars have begun to pay attention to the essence of innovation cooperation network,and began to study its network structure.Further research on the network structure can not only discover the problems existing in the bio-pharmaceutical innovation cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta region,but also improve the ability of innovation cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta region,and also provide support for the relevant decisions of the government and enterprises for the innovative development of biomedicine in the Yangtze River Delta region.This thesis uses the Yangtze River Delta biomedical cooperation patent to build a biomedical innovation cooperation network.As the most direct and effective indicator of innovation output,patents can not only show the relationship between innovation entities in biomedical innovation cooperation,but also reflect the changing characteristics of biomedical innovation cooperation output in the Yangtze River Delta region.Therefore,this paper is based on the biomedical cooperation patent of the Yangtze River Delta in the baiten patent database,descriptive statistical analysis of its overall cooperation,and then use the social network analysis method to build a biomedical innovation cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta region from the city level,analyzes the network structure of biomedical innovation cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta region,and then studies the temporal and spatial evolution of the biomedical innovation cooperation network in the Yangtze River Delta region and draws an evolution map.The research found that:(1)The biomedical cooperation patents in the Yangtze River Delta region in 2008~2016 generally showed a gradual upward trend,and the patent types are mainly invention patents;patents are mainly a few classification numbers of the in the field of Part A and Part C;Innovative cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta region is mainly concentrated among the same cities,and the proportion of cross-city cooperation is low;The main applicants are Shanghai Pharmaceutical Industry Research Institute,China National Pharmaceutical Industry Research Institute,Shanghai Zhongshan Medical Technology Development Corporation,Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,etc,Overall,most of the cooperation between applicants is a single cooperation,and the proportion of cooperation frequencies greater than 20 is too low.(2)The biomedical l innovation network in the Yangtze River Delta region presents a core-edge feature.A few cities are at the core of the network,and the close relationship between members is not high,and the overall network is relatively loose.The nodes at the core position are the main cities of biomedical innovation in the Yangtze River Delta region,which form a subgroup with each other,and have a close relationship with other subgroups,and have greater rights.(3)The network structure of biomedical innovation cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta region has gradually evolved from the network structure with Shanghai as the core in 2008 to the network structure of provincial capital cities with Shanghai,Nanjing,Hangzhou and Hefei as the core in 2016.It has basically formed the Yangtze River Delta region Biomedical Circle with Shanghai as the core and Nanjing,Hangzhou and Hefei as the secondary cores,as well as the outward radiation of Suzhou,Changzhou,Lianyungang,Taizhou,Shaoxing,Ningbo and Taizhou.In close cooperation with other places,the spatial agglomeration effect of the Yangtze River Delta region is obvious.The results of these studies show that the biomedicine innovation in the Yangtze River Delta region has achieved certain results,but innovation cooperation still needs to further increase its breadth and depth,break the barriers of regional cooperation,and promote the industry-university-research cooperation in biomedicine.As far as the research results of this paper are concerned,the following suggestions are proposed: first,increase the orientation of biomedical scientific research output,secondly,build a third-party service platform,and then improve the innovation cooperation mechanism,optimize the innovation cooperation environment,and finally,break localization.limitations of cooperation.In this way,we will promote the mutual benefit of resources,talents,knowledge and technology,and promote the transformation of biomedical innovation achievements in the Yangtze River Delta region.
