The theory of new economic growth shows that technological innovation is the source of economic growth,and technological innovation is especially dependent on t he driver of the patent system.In order to speed up the transformation of economic development patterns and to adapt to the development of a new round of industrial revolution and technology revolution,"2025" made in China is put forward that we have to do our best to a strength manufacturing country.Automobile industry is one of the key breakthrough areas in China's manufacturing industry.The automobile industry has strong correlation and systematicness,and the overall breakthrough cannot be achieved through a single link.Both the theory of industrial innovation system and the theory of national innovation system show that innovation req uires multi-link,multi-organization interaction and cooperation evolution.In recent years,with the promotion of market demand and the support of policies,China's automobile industry has developed rapidly,and innovation cooperation in the industry has been constantly strengthened.Under the new background of the innovation cooperation network,the network structure influences the innovation output.This article is based on the automobile industry.At first,the motor patent output data of 20 cities from 2011 to 2016 were collected and sorted out.By analyzing,the average degree of the network,average path length,network density and average clustering coefficient are calculated.The four indicators can represent the difficulty degree of harvesting resources in the network,the accessibility of information and resources,the intimacy of members and the stability of the sub network.Secondly,on the basis of defining and calculating the patent innovation network of the automobile industry,the automobile patent cooperation network is constructed,and the impact of the characteristics in the innovation network on the patent number industry in the innovation output is demonstrated and analyzed.In addition,the impact mechanism and theory of innovation network and auto industry economic growth are also constructed.Meanwhile,the transcendental logarithmic production function is used to test every network characteristic theory,and find the path of the economic growth and the specific network characteristic variables of the patent intensive industrial network.The innovation points of this paper are as follows: First of all,by introducing the industrial innovation network,this paper described the innovative structure and characteristics of the patent intensive industry in the new economic development stage,reflecting the model of increasingly networked and diversified industrial innovation.Then,as to the influence path of characteristics of industrial innovation network on the industrial economic growth,the present literature lack systematic research,and this paper makes an innovative theoretical and empirical study on the impact path of the network characteristics of the automobile industry on the economic growth of the industry.Thirdly,through the calculation of the mutual substitution elasticity of capital,labor and network innovation factors,and the analysis of the transcendental logarithmic production function again,we find the main driving force of the economic growth of the automobile industry.By the judgment of the growth model of the auto industry,which is determined by traditional factors or innovative factors,this paper draw the conclusion that the industrial patent network can promote the transformation of the economic growth mode in the patent intensive industries of our country,enriching the theory and evidence of the economic growth of the patent intensive industries in China,which provide found industrial development and policy formulation support for the development of Industries that contain high technology content and high patent network level in our country.The results are as follows:(1)There is a significant correlation between average degree and patent output.The average path length,network density and the number of patent output are negatively correlated,while average clustering coefficient is not significant for the number of patent output.(2)Patent is the intermediate variable and transmission factor of the network innovation structure and the economic growth of the patent intensive industry.The network of innovation enables information and resources to transmit in the network,which can help stimulate the growth of innovation output,while the growth of innovation output brings the growth of the total output value of the automobile industry.
