Humanistic culture is the fundamental spirit of Chinese culture.The humanistic spirit was born in the earliest dynasties and runs through the formation and development of Chinese traditional culture for thousands of years.Its core ideas of "natural law" and "humanity" complement each other and laid the ideological foundation of traditional Chinese virtues.The traditional humanistic spirit to grasp the relationship between man and nature,man and society,and man and self as a whole is a fundamental feature of Chinese culture.This kind of knowledge that contains rich human thoughts is also of very important value to the construction of corporate culture.It has been highlighted in a group of outstanding national enterprises in modern times.As the local source of China's modern industry and commerce,modern Chinese national enterprises have been squeezed out and oppressed by both foreign capital and domestic bureaucratic capital,and survived in a difficult environment.A group of modern private entrepreneurs,such as Lu Zuofu,Fan Xudong,Mu Ouchu,and Liu Hongsheng,created a new type of industry in China and represented the development direction of modern enterprises.They integrated the humanistic spirit into the construction of corporate culture and created a distinctive corporate humanistic culture.It is this powerful spiritual force that supports the continuous development and growth of modern national enterprises amidst hardships.The humanistic feelings and thoughts have important reference value to the cultural construction of modern enterprises.On the basis of learning from domestic and foreign research results,this article takes " humanistic culture " as the main line,and selects typical modern national enterprises such as Minsheng Company,Rongjia Enterprise,"Yong Jiu Huang" Enterprise,Mu Ouchu and Liu Hongsheng Enterprise as examples.It elaborates on the specific connotation of the traditional humanistic spirit in the modern national corporate culture,and conducts comparative research with foreign Chinese and Western companies,explores the development status and historical positioning of the modern national corporate humanistic culture,and draws historical enlightenment for the construction of modern corporate culture.The study consists of seven parts:The first part is introduction.Discuss the basis and significance of the topic.Through a review of the history of modern Chinese enterprises,it is pointed out that the research on the humanities culture of modern national enterprises is a very important but very weak aspect.On this basis,the theme and scope of the research,the research ideas,methods and main innovations are introduced.The second part is the analysis of main concepts.On the basis of interpreting culture and humanistic spirit,it deeply analyzes the connotation of traditional culture and Chinese humanistic spirit,reveals the internal connection between Chinese modern national corporate culture and humanistic culture,and demonstrates the important management value of Chinese traditional humanistic spirit.The third part is the people-oriented.Starting from the two traditional cultural sources of "taking history as a mirror" and "taking heaven as a rule",it elaborates on the outstanding cultural achievements such as "people-oriented","respect for virtue" and "sincerity" and "goodness".Combining the examples of modern national enterprises,it clarifies the important role of humanistic feelings in the construction of corporate culture.The fourth part is the ritual music enlightenment.Starting from the two aspects of "ritual education" and "music education",it discusses in detail the contents of "ritual",“teaching rituals","aesthetic education" and "model education".Combining the examples of modern national enterprises,it clarifies the important role of ritual music enlightenment in the management of the enterprise system and the education of employees.The fifth part is a comparative analysis of the humanistic culture of Chinese and Japanese enterprises.Based on the differences in the concept of "home","individual and collective",and "material and spiritual" between China and Japan,Panasonic was selected as the comparison object.Explore the similarities and differences of the humanistic spirit in the corporate culture of my country and Japan,reveal the historical positioning of the modern national corporate culture in China and the important contribution of the traditional Chinese humanistic spirit to the development of modern corporate culture in China and Japan.The sixth part is a comparative analysis of the humanistic culture of Chinese and Western enterprises.Based on the differences in the concepts of "home care","people's initiative",and "material culture" between China and the West,the Japanese IBM company is selected as the comparison object.Explore the similarities,differences and integration of humanistic spirit in Chinese and Western corporate cultures,and reveal the important value of Chinese traditional humanistic spirit in the construction of Chinese and Western corporate cultures.The seventh part is the evaluation and enlightenment of modern Chinese national corporate culture.On the basis of clarifying the shining points of modern national enterprise humanistic culture,it puts forward the historical enlightenment for the construction of contemporary enterprise culture and reflects the practical value of research.
