The purpose of this dissertation is to discover the effect of involvement/participation in leadership activities such as those found in Skills USA-VICA (Vocational and Industrial Clubs of America), now known as SkillsUSA, or the BPA (Business Professionals of America) on leadership and managerial attributes for high school students in the Sussex Technical School District compared to those not so involved.
