This research study was designed to investigate the awareness and participation of employees in learning and development activities within profit, not-for-profit, and government organizations. The researcher utilized a mixed-methods approach to collect both quantitative and qualitative data from selected individuals and groups representing these sectors of employment to determine the various educational opportunities used to manage their career development. |
