| The military is looking for ways to reduce support spending in order to modernize. One way to reduce spending is to outsource certain skills. Organizations involved in outsourcing are the 112 communications squadrons in the Air Force. Squadron Commanders and Quality Assurance Advisors were surveyed from all 112 squadrons.; The results of the survey found that participation and coordination were key determinants of partnership quality and the qualities of trust and commitment lead to outsourcing success. Subjects surveyed appeared to be the right person for this subject because they were in leadership positions and dealt with outsourcing agencies the most. |
