The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory – 2 RF and Multiphasic Sex Inventory – II were evaluated from 11 archived subject case files. Results found that personality characteristics varied greatly among the sample population. However, cognitive distortions including Ideas of Persecution (p = .007 and p = .01), and Denial and Justification (p = .01) displayed clinical significance and suggested areas for addressing causation, treatment options and recidivism analysis for sexual offense perpetrators. Future research is needed in this area. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Sex, Personality, Cognitive | | Related items |
