| This study uses Geographic Information System (GIS) spatial analysis to find out the appropriate location of disaster shelters and possible alternative sheltering service providers from the civil society in Taipei City, Taiwan. By interviewing with several policy stakeholders, we may have a more comprehensive understanding toward the disaster sheltering policy in Taiwan. |
