Abstract/Summary:
Data Envelopment Analysis methods are developed for management and policy analysis of marketing focused on the recruitment activities of the U.S. Army Recruiting Command. The emphasis is on (1) "missioning" aspects, e.g. the assignment and achievement of (dynamic) recruiting targets for the recruiting centers subject to competitive activities by the other services, and (2) the analysis and achievement of advertising effectiveness in the face of other services competition.
