Based on the relationship between the fiber raw materials,chemical additives used in tissue paper,the production process and the main quality indexes of the products,compliance performance for tissue paper production process including the raw materials,process control,end product and chemical residue are evaluated according to the advanced regulations of the European Union.The paper fiber raw materials were analyzed to identify the original ecology property.The migration path of chemical for tissue paper,such as the characteristics of wet-strength agents and their transportability was monitored.The research for new bio-based high-efficiency chemicals were made to promote the harmless development of chemical additives.The green index was evaluated for the existing production and the influence of accumulated substances on the quality of paper was monitored.1.Analyse on fiber raw materials for tissue paperThe fiber raw materials were analyzed to identify the original ecology property.Analyzes the raw and waste pulp production line in different sections and the finished products of tissue paper,and makes clear the morphological characteristics of the original pulp and waste pulp.The experimental results show that the pulp and finished product of the waste pulp series sanitary base tissue paper still have dirty ink in the pulp,the fiber composition is complex,and the yellow mechanical pulp fiber is not even dispersed.The fiber is short,the fluorescence whiteness value is high,the effective residual ink content is high,and the broomification rate is high.According to the typical characteristics of recycled fiber and its aging characteristics,the characteristic parameters of tissue paper were selected for detection,and the multi-index composite analysis technique was used to identify whether the recycled fiber was mixed.Fluorescent substances,D65 brightness,D65 fluorescence brightness,residual ink content,broom ratio and whether there are yellow mechanical pulp fibers were selected as characteristic parameters.To identify the label of fiber raw material is helpful to solve the problem of confusion in marking the raw material of tissue paper.To analyze the conformity of the actual used raw material with its label,and to analyze the inconsistency of the main raw material with its mark.2.Study on residue analysis and harmless control of typical chemical additivesThe risk assessment model and risk index of skin intake were established by selecting wet-strength agent as the research object.To establish a simple and efficientmethod for the detection of harmful organochlorine residues of PAE wet-strength agents in tissue paper by means of SPME-GC-MS/MS MRM,to test the migrarion of DCP with high residue risk.The optimum conditions were solid phase microextraction equilibrium adsorption,equilibrium temperature 45 ?,equilibrium time 30 min,adsorption 45 min.Response values of standard working solution and filtrate of tissue samples to be tested were determined by MRM high-level of multi-reactive ion monitoring mode.Under this condition,the low detection limit(LOD)of analyte was obtained,and good linearity(r2?0.9901)was obtained.And the standard recovery rate of tissue samples was 97.11%-108.03%,and the standard recovery rate of extraction solution was 102.75%-113.00%;the RSD was 6.1% and5.0%,respectively.A new biobased high-efficiency chemical CMX/PAE binary system was developed to promote the harmless of chemical additives.Carboxymethyl hemicellulose with high molecular weight was successfully prepared,and its effect and mechanism were clarified in combination with PAE wet strength agent.The effect of PAE wet strength agent is improved effectively,which provides a solution for solving the problem of organochlorine agent pollution in PAE engineering application.3.Research on production water system and evaluation of green process index for production processIn the process of making tissue paper,with the closed recycling of white water,there is a risk of pollution accumulation caused by raw materials,chemical additives and so on.Through systematic monitoring and analysis,the water quality condition is effectively monitored,and the reuse of water and the closed circulation of white water are scientifically guided.Based on the research and development of cumulative law and operation model of DCP organic chlorine substitutes in white water system,the risk trend and early warning trend were investigated.The results show that with the advance of the cumulative period,the system condition changes gradually,and the content of DCP in the PAE increases with the change of storage time.The fitting equation is calculated according to the law of DCP content changing with storage time.And then consider the proportion of DCP in the system into white water,the law of its change with the degree of white water circulation,the distribution law of DCP under different times of white water reuse,and the law of content change in paper,white water,and surrounding environment.A cumulative computing model oforganochlorine substitutes DCP in white water systems was established.Green manufacturing process index was derived from the whole process including fiber raw material,wet chemical additives,white water circulation system,risk process control by means of weighted fitting,to provide technical support for guide actual production.
