At present, with the continuous development of China’s modernization, the industriesin aerospace, automobile as the representatives greatly increases the demand and qualityrequirements are increasingly high. If the iron and steel enterprises want to survive in themarket, they must produce high quality plates. Because Precise control of tension incontinuous annealing production has a lot of advantages, especially to the tin plant andauto sheet, which cannot exist without it, so it develops very quickly in iron and sheetindustry. And it directly affects the product quality and production efficiency, so it isnecessary and important to the research on the subject.The paper is mainly about: Firstly, according to the characteristics of continuousannealing equipment and combined with field experience and consider the effect of stripsteel materials, and the actual situation of tension, tension model to determine a set ofsuitable for continuous annealing unit, and the analysis is validated by the tension modelexperiment, the tension model is used in the field of reliable. Secondly, through theproduction of field experiment, analysis of the impact of tension on the strip continuousannealing, thermal buckling and transverse stripe defects. The following conclusions aredrawn: the size and strip tension continuous annealing units thermal buckling anddeviation of defect probability, namely continuous annealing line tension will have ahigher probability of strip buckling defects appear larger, continuous annealing linetension is smaller strip deviation probability is small; the tension of continuous annealingline control can make horizontal stripes on strip steel surface defect are reduce but noteliminate. Thirdly, based on the tension model, combined with the production field of themodel was improved, and develop a set of suitable tension online in continuous annealingunit control technology.When it was applied to production practice, the effect of cold rolling plant using thistechnology is obvious, and the quality of the products also get obvious improvement. Sothe study on the continuous annealing control of tension is feasible and practical.
