As the development of coal industry,the demand for the support facility of the full-mechanized roadway is increasing.The ways of supporting,however,is not safe.The efficiency of roadway drifting is seriously restricted by the bad effect of supporting.The technical problem of coal mechanical equipment which is needed to be solved are as follows,the research on roadway working environment,the improvement of full-mechanized facility,and the realization of the support facility of the current jobs of digging,supporting,anchor.According to mechanical characteristics of top tray of coal petrography,the thesis puts forwards the research on designing the advanced support facility applied to arch roadway.It states working styles of the mechanical system of arch advanced support facility,the hydraulic system and the electronic control system.Using the stimulation of experiment models,it tests and verifies the working principles and provides the research foundation for arch advanced foundation and top tray system.Based on rock mechanics,the thesis proposes the theories of how to simplify the mixed-layer coal petrography of fully mechanized excavating working surface to the thin plate theory.It builds the statics and dynamics models of full-mechanized mixed-layer top tray by using the elastic and laminated theory.From the angle of full-mechanized mixed-layer top tray stability,it analyzes the impact of arch advanced support facility on the working resistance and setting load of the interactive top tray and provides the theory foundation for establishing the inter-layer test bed.According to the arch advanced supporting facility and top tray system,the contact form consists of multipoint distribution contact and full contact.The statics models for the arch advanced supporting facility-top tray system the dynamics models for arch advanced support facility-top tray system are established based on the singularity function method and the deformation compatibility principle.The thesis analyses the response rules and studies system characteristics of inter-layer top tray efficient support.The thesis builds the statics and dynamics models of full-mechanized mixed-layer top tray,does the stimulation analysis on the arch advanced support facility working condition and transient process,and gets the rules the dynamic displacement characteristics.In the process of walking,the simulation analysis is carried out by the dynamic response under tunneling disturbance and contact stiffness.The result shows that the using of exponential type to control the support walking of contacting stiffness can efficiently cause the vibration of top tray and every supporting group.The increasing the contact stiffness of the arch advanced support and top tray system can decrease the impact on the advanced support caused by the vibration.The increasing of the advanced support stiffness can decrease the advanced support impact caused by the vibration.The thesis tests and verifies the test bed of the arch hydraulic pressure of advanced support model and the simulated inter-bedding top tray characteristics.It has a further theory research on the comparison of experimental status and theory research and develops theoretic study.
