Passenger railway station as the beginning and end of the closed loop of railway transportation,the through train,passenger transport,passenger transfer function,will people,logistics,information gathering,formed a certain monopoly of closed businesses,commercial and passenger railway station arises at the historic moment,as the new age has been expanding its rail network,railway accelerated marketization reform,The profit model of railway industry is gradually changing from passenger and freight transportation to diversified operation with high marketization degree.One of the important ways to change is to actively promote the development of passenger station commercial operation through overall planning of passenger station commercial operation projects.As the key development object of the 14 th Five-Year Plan,western railway has brought huge development potential to passenger station business with the continuous extension of high-speed railway network in western China in recent five years.However,compared with the characteristics of early and rapid development of railway passenger stations in the first and second tier cities in China,the commercial development of railway passenger stations in western China started late and the profit model is relatively single due to the influence of economic development level,geographical location and other factors.How to give full play to the advantages of railway resources and break the bottleneck of the existing passenger station commercial profit model is an urgent problem to be studied in the commercial development of railway stations in western China.Through reviewing relevant literature,this thesis finds that the existing research on the commercial profit model of passenger stations mainly focuses on railway stations in first-tier cities in China,and the research entry point is mostly commercial layout and station planning.Financial theory and data are the most direct manifestation of corporate profits,and related studies are rarely involved.This thesis focuses on the western railway has the typical representative of H district of Inner Mongolia,in order to enhance the west railway station business profitability as the goal,on the basis of comprehensive analysis and summary of the domestic and foreign scholars,after extensive field research,from a financial perspective using Adrian J.Slywotzky profit model put forward by the theory of “five elements”,Combined with the methods of quantitative analysis method,questionnaire method,in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the west railway station business profit model and optimization improvement scheme is put forward,in order to promote the west railway station to provide reference for commercial profit pattern transformation,in order to break the west railway station commercial profit bottleneck,raise the west railway station and business development space.The contribution of this thesis lies in that,firstly,on the basis of the research on the layout of points,combined with the five elements of profit model,through the research on the management mode of H station in Inner Mongolia,to find out the common problems restricting the development of western railway stations.Secondly,through field investigation,questionnaire survey and other ways to study and introduce passenger demand,find out the existing problems of the business type and composition of H station in Inner Mongolia;Finally,suggestions on the transformation of profit model of western railway stations are provided by improving management framework,constructing professional system and introducing commercial investment,which improves the relevant research on the transformation of profit model of western railway stations to a certain extent.
