As a quantitative target-oriented energy-saving standard,the German Passive House standard had far-reaching influence on the world since its inception.The relevant standards of passive ultra low-energy buildings in China are the local adjustment and evolution inspired by the Passive Houses standard.,which have played an important role in the practice of building energy conservation in China recent years.At present,the relevant standards and evaluations of passive ultra low-energy buildings are mainly reflected in the preliminary design and construction documents design stage,which is difficult to implement in the schematic design stage,resulting in the problems of technical design-oriented,long-term optimization period and low efficiency in the schematic design stage.In order to implement the target-oriented performance design method into the schematic design stage of passive ultra-low-energy building,this paper puts forward the research topic of “Research on Decision Support Scheme of Passive Ultra Lowenergy Building Design”,which is of great significance for controling energy consumption in the schematic design stage,enhancing design efficiency and ensuring the overall realization of passive ultra low-energy target.This paper first studies the Passive Houses standard in Germany,and summarizes the theoretical research and practice of other countries in Europe to adjust the Passive House standard according to their local conditions,then analyzes the evolution process of passive ultra low-energy buildings in China based on Passive House standards.Then,based on the passive ultra-low energy building standards and the basic composition of the current energy-saving design method,the paper proposes a method framework for achieving energy consumption targets in the schematic design stage,including step-by-step implementation of energy consumption targets,set suitable energy consumption target for each stage and efficient selection of design strategies.The research steps of the two core steps in the method framework: the energy consumption target value and design strategy sensitivity analysis are determined.Based on the above framework and research steps,Chapter 4 establish typical models of passive ultra low-energy residential buildings in cold region of China based on classification and a large number of case studies.And the variables are filtered and assigned.Chapter 5 deduces the energy consumption target values of each design stage of passive ultra-low energy residential buildings in cold region of China based on typical models,energy simulation,statistical analysis methods and China's existing passive ultra low-energy building standards.Chapter 6 analyzes and ranks the design strategies of the passive ultra low-energy residential buildings in the cold region of China based on the global sensitivity analysis method.Finally,the research results are applied to two cases,verified the effectiveness of the method.In the research process,qualitative analysis methods such as literature research,comparative analysis,deductive reasoning,and quantitative analysis methods such as energy consumption simulation,regression analysis and statistical analysis are adopted.This paper proposes three innovative points including framework and basic process of passive ultra low-energy building design,the energy consumption target value for each design stage and the sensitivity ranking of design strategies for the passive ultra-low energy residential buildings in the cold region.It is hoped that the research could promote the efficiency and progress of passive ultra low-energy building design in China.
