Design Optimization Of Passive Ultra-low Energy Buildings In China's Climate Zone

The world's energy problems have become increasingly prominent,and building energy efficiency has received increasing attention.Passive ultra-low-energy building is the low-energy building that is important for building energy efficiency.In order to promote the use of passive low-energy building in different climate zones in China,this paper mainly analyzes the energy performance of two different passive ultra-low-energy buildings in various climate zones.The influence of 13 design parameters such as the external wall heat transfer coefficient,roof heat transfer coefficient,SHGC,wall absorption coefficient,on building heating,cooling and primary energy consumption is as follows:(1)Through the benchmark analysis of the Passive House in Germany,it is concluded that different climate zones are difficult to establish to meet the standard requirements.Firstly,using the German Passive House Design Package(PHPP)to build high-rise residential and villa energy consumption simulation models in 31 cities in different climate zones;then,through the Latin Hypercube Sampling(LHS)method,randomly generated 2000 within 13 design parameters.The sample is sampled and substituted into PHPP for calculation.Finally,the German Passive House energy consumption standard is used as a reference to count the number of 2000 building samples that meet the standard requirements.The results show that the most number of passive ultra-low-energy building conditions is the Mild area,and the least is the Hot Summer and Warm Winter area.(2)Based on the benchmark building,the SRC(Standardized Regression Coefficient)global sensitivity analysis method was used to analyze the sensitivity of 13 design parameters of the building.The results show that the sensitivity of the same parameter is basically the same for the same energy consumption target in the same climate zone.The main design parameters affecting passive ultra-low energy buildings are external wall heat transfer coefficient,basement ceiling/first floor ground heat transfer coefficient,SHGC,glass g-value,exhaust heat recovery efficiency and condensation recovery efficiency.(3)According to the sensitivity analysis,the R software was used to establish the multiple regression equation between parameters and energy consumption,and further explore the quantitative relationship between parameters and target energy consumption,and draw a line graph of the influence of main parameters of typical cities on energy consumption changes.Through the comprehensive analysis of energy consumption standards,sensitivity research and simulation data,the partition map of passive ultra-low energy building design in China is obtained,and the recommended design value range and optimal value of important parameters are given for each design area.Calculations have shown that the new zoning recommendations can help architects design and build residential buildings that meet the energy standards of passive ultra-low energy buildings in Germany.
