Gear transmission is the most common transmission method in modern machines and is the core part of the transmission system.It has the characteristics of high transmission efficiency,large load carrying capacity,accurate transmission,and long service life.With the development of the manufacturing industry,the precision requirements of gears for modern mechanical products are constantly increasing,and the theory and methods of gear measurement have also been continuously updated.So far,the gear measurement methods mainly include coordinate measurement method,comprehensive error measurement method and overall error measurement method.Among them,the coordinate measurement method and the comprehensive error method are more common,and the representative instruments are the gear measurement center,the single and double gauges.With the development of laser measurement technology,breakthroughs have been made in the development of gear optical measurement.The principle of laser triangulation and its sensors are gradually applied to the field of gear measurement.Compared with traditional measurement methods,gear optical measurement is faster and can obtain all geometric information of the tooth surface.Gear point cloud measurement has become an emerging measurement method.Gear optical measurement is at the stage of theoretical research and scientific research at home and abroad.There are no corresponding measurement standards and operating standards.There are no mature industrial products.It can only be used as a supplement to traditional measurement methods.A large number of basic theories and engineering technologies need to be resolved.In recent years,the degree of informatization in the field of gear measurement has been greatly developed."Industry 4.0" has initiated the transformation of global manufacturing.The rapid development of cloud computing,big data,machine learning and artificial intelligence has injected into this manufacturing revolution.New impetus and new fields.The current level of information in the field of gear measurement is low,the data is scattered and the utilization rate is low.At present,there is no cloud measurement platform for the field of gear measurement at home and abroad.Based on theoretical and technological innovation,this paper builds a gear 3D measurement device based on the research of gear 3D measurement theory,and integrates it deeply into a gear measurement cloud computing platform,and proposes a method for calculating the tooth surface 3D error.Data interaction format standards to facilitate data interaction during gear design,manufacturing,measurement,and inservice phases.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The theories and methods for preprocessing and accuracy analysis of gear 3D point cloud data are proposed.The gear 3D point cloud data preprocessing technology mainly includes operations such as basic coordinate transformation,gear data splicing,filtering,decluttering,and hole removing.A variety of methods such as 2D Fourier filtering and Wiener filtering have been studied for point cloud data Filtering effect and effect;A tooth pitch and tooth direction error calculation model was established by extracting the meshing traces of the cylindrical tooth flank which extend the tooth profile error calculation range along the tooth profile direction,establish a tooth profile error calculation model,build a comparison mechanism of the gear 3D point cloud measurement method and coordinate measurement method,and study the statistical method of the tooth flank 3D point cloud error.The general distribution rule of point cloud error of cylindrical gear tooth flank was proposed;the calculation theory and method of gear 3D flank topography were studied.This research provides a theoretical basis for the three-dimensional measurement of gears.(2)A gear 3D point cloud measurement device was constructed based on a highprecision air-floating turntable and a line structured light sensor.According to the geometric characteristics and relative motion laws of the precision air-floating turntable and the linear structured light sensor,a calibration model of the gear 3D measurement system was established,and a calibration method for the linear structured light sensor based on the ellipse fitting of local samples was proposed.This method uses a constrained elliptical local geometric sample fitting method,which is an iterative method based on algebraic distance and geometric distance double least squares,which solves the key mathematical problems in the sensor calibration process.The factors affecting the speed of 3D gear measurement and the amount of point cloud data are analyzed.Designed and developed the "Measure Flow" test and measurement implementation process framework,and developed point cloud measurement software based on the general framework.(3)The distributed gear measurement cloud platform system based on microservice technology is studied.This paper first puts forward the concept of "cloud measurement",establishes and improves the construction theory and technical system of cloud measurement;studies the application of microservice-based distributed systems in the field of industrial cloud computing,and proposes industrial equipment computer systems and docking and transformation of the distributed system;the command and data communication problems of the cloud measurement platform are studied;the multi-protocol fusion communication mechanism is proposed;the "Gear Measure Flow" gear cloud measurement implementation process and its key technologies are proposed.(4)An interactive interface standard for gear measurement data is proposed.In order to solve the problems of complicated format and lack of automation tools in the data interaction process of gear design,manufacturing,measurement,and inservice,an XML-based extensible gear description language gear interface standard for gear measurement data is proposed and a distributeable and extensible schema document system is established,and provides cross-platform and multi-language automated interaction tools.(5)A complete experimental device and scheme were developed and developed,which comprehensively verified the above research content.The commonly used spur gears of automobile gearboxes were selected for measurement,and the gear errors were analyzed and calculated according to the aforementioned point cloud data preprocessing method.The error calculation results were compared with traditional measurement methods to verify the correctness of the measurement device and data processing method Developed a gear cloud measurement platform,comprehensively tested and verified the cloud platform measurement process and stability;designed a gear data transmission experiment based on the gear data interactive format standard,and verified the correctness of the data conversion interface.
