The building material equipment manufacturing(BMEM)industry is an important pillar of the building material industry,and is a basic industry that provides production equipment and technical support for building materials and related products.In recent years,China's BMEM industry has faced problems such as a small proportion of large-scale enterprises,low concentration of manufacturing resources,local overcapacity,and disorderly competition among enterprises.Therefore,this industry is gradually developing through group-type reorganization,merger,etc.,thereby forming a group distributed manufacturing mode.Since the greenhouse effect,resource depletion and environmental degradation become global problems,China's BMEM industry as a traditional high-input,high-consumption,high-emissions industry,its energy-saving emission reduction and green development issues are urgently needed.However,as China's BMEM industry is in the initial stage of group-based development,the functional distribution of the internal organization of the group enterprise is not perfect,and the group headquarters has insufficient management capabilities for subordinate enterprises,which leads to a low degree of matching between manufacturing tasks and manufacturing resources within the group,as well as the non-uniform manufacturing goals of the group's subsidiaries and the poor level of collaborative manufacturing.The above outstanding problems further increase the difficulty of green transformation of building material equipment manufacturing groups(BMEMGs).Therefore,in view of the characteristics of the distributed manufacturing mode of BMEMGs,this paper mainly studies and explores the green production scheduling problem of BMEMGs from three aspects:multi-agent manufacturing task assignment,execution and collaborative production management.The specific research contents include:(1)Combined with the characteristics of the distributed manufacturing mode of the BMEMGs,the decision-making focus of the distributed production scheduling process of BMEMGs is studied.On this basis,the key issue of green production scheduling of BMEMGs is further extracted,and the green production scheduling system of BMEMGs for distributed manufacturing is established,which provides the theoretical basis for the following research.(2)Aiming at the green manufacturing needs and decision-making problem of the headquarters of BMEMGs,a novel green allocation optimization method for manufacturing tasks integrating multi-objective optimization and artificial neural network is proposed.Firstly,a large number of green manufacturing task allocation simulation data containing decision maker's preference features are obtained through multi-objective optimization.Then,the targeted artificial neural network structure is designed and trained by the simulation data.Finally,the candidate manufacturing task allocation schemes are green optimized by the artificial neural network.The above method is oriented to the needs of the group headquarters,and realizes the green optimization of the manufacturing task allocation process of BMEMGs.(3)Aiming at the workshop production resource waste problem of the subordinate enterprises of BMEMGs during the execution of manufacturing tasks,the green optimization method of integrated scheduling considering comprehensive energy consumption of processing and transportation inside the workshop is studied,a green scheduling optimization model that integrates processing machine and transportation equipment is constructed and a novel improved genetic algorithm with green transport heuristic strategy is designed to solve the model.The above method realizes the green optimization of manufacturing task execution process of BMEMGs.(4)Aiming at the multi-agent collaboration conflict problem of BMEMGs in the process of green transformation,a conflict coordination model integrating multiobjective optimization and non-cooperative game theory is established,and a novel conflict coordination algorithm based on NSGA-II and Nash equilibrium is proposed.The above method provides conflict coordination solutions for green production scheduling of BMEMGs through three processes of scheduling optimization,conflict detection and conflict coordination,and realizes the green collaborative production management of distributed manufacturing of BMEMGs.(5)According to the optimization methods proposed in this paper and the actual application requirements of a domestic BMEMG,a prototype system of green production scheduling platform for BMEMGs oriented to distributed manufacturing mode is designed and developed.On this basis,the software and hardware architecture and functional framework design of the platform system are mainly studied,and the main functions and application effects of the platform system are described in conjunction with the development examples.
