Supply Chain Decision-Making Of Manufacturing Enterprises Under Different Contract Modes

As China’s economy shifts from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development,the real economy,represented by the manufacturing industry,has become its core supporting force.The intelligent manufacturing mode of the new generation of information technology,automation technology,industrial software and other advanced technologies enables manufacturing enterprises to enhance the management ability of their own product research and development,production,transportation,storage and other links,allocate their own resources more reasonably and efficiently,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.However,the competition between enterprises has become the competition between supply chains.The supply chain of manufacturing enterprises can enhance the cooperation among enterprises and improve the toughness of supply chain,which is the key factor to support the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.In order to cope with various risks in the supply chain,build a safe and reliable supply chain system for manufacturing enterprises,improve the decision-making efficiency of the supply chain of manufacturing enterprises,and promote the transformation and upgrading of the supply chain of manufacturing enterprises,the members of the supply chain will adopt the way of signing contracts with other members to safeguard their own interests and enhance the degree of cooperation between them.Based on this background,this paper studies the behaviors of enterprises to restrain each other by signing contracts when the supply chain seeks strategic integrated management.Specifically,it compares the roles of two contract mechanisms,namely,repurchase contract and revenue sharing contract.Firstly,the development status of supply chain of manufacturing enterprises is introduced,and the basic model of supply chain including two suppliers,one manufacturer and two terminal enterprises is constructed.Next,the supply chain basic models under centralized decisionmaking and decentralized decision-making are analyzed and solved,and the corresponding product pricing,product demand,and supply chain profit are obtained.Then,in view of the problems that may occur in all links of the supply chain,such as excessive products produced by manufacturers or products that fail during the use of end customers,it is considered that enterprises in the supply chain will determine effective contract mechanism to solve the problems to improve the supply chain performance.This paper selects the commonly used repurchase contract and revenue sharing contract,and analyzes the operation mode of supply chain under the two contract mechanisms respectively,and obtains the centralized decisionmaking model and decentralized decision-making model of manufacturing enterprise supply chain under different contract modes.Finally,combined with the expressions of optimal product price,demand and supply chain profit corresponding to the supply chain of manufacturing enterprises under different contract modes,the empirical analysis of the supply chain of Enterprise A was carried out,and the influence of parameter changes of repurchase contract and revenue sharing contract on the decision variables and profit level was studied respectively.The results show that in the supply chain of manufacturing enterprises constructed in this paper and the contract mechanism adopted,the supply chain profit corresponding to the centralized decision-making situation is the highest,and the profit sharing contract under the decentralized decision-making has the best incentive effect on the supply chain.To sum up,under different contract models of the supply chain of manufacturing enterprises,the pricing decision of the supply chain affects the sales volume and overall profit of the whole supply chain.The optimal pricing strategy can be obtained by solving the model.The implementation of the pricing strategy can improve the operational efficiency of all links of the supply chain,help enterprises to conduct scientific and efficient supply chain management,and provide more reference for manufacturing enterprises to make decisions about the supply chain.
