Objective:The purpose of the study was to observe the dynamic distribution of Evans Blue (EB) leakage points in acute gastric mucosal injury in the body surface, to investigate the properties of of local tissue, cell-chemical at the leakage point, to discuss the basis of acupoints reflecting visceral diseases, to reveal the relationship between the pathological processes of the visceral diseases and acupoints, and underlaying theoretical foundation for diagnostic features of the acupoints. Methods:A model of acute gastric mucosa injury induced by oral administration of 0.5M HCl. Using dynamic observation of the distribution of surface leakage points after the intravenous injection of EB and the relationship between the corresponding acupoints, adopting immunohistochemical technique, western blot techniques, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay to measure the expression of SP,5-HT, HA, BK1R, BK2R and the accumulation and degranulation of mast cells(MCs) of the skin at the EB leakage points and the corresponding points in the control group. Results:The distribution of EB leakage points after acute gastric mucosal injury was in a certain degree of segmental, and disease process-related, showing dynamic distribution, leakage points appeared the most during the 2-3 days after modeling, and subsided as the disease self-healed. Compared with the control group, the expression of SP,5-HT, HA, BK1R increased in the skin of leakage points, the accumulation and degranulation of mast cells(MCs) were significant; BK2R showed no significant difference. Conclusion:The results show that visceral lesions cause neurogenic response of the active acupoints. The active acupoints points and disease show the relevance. The mast cells (MCs) in the active acupoints and SP,5-HT,HA,BK1R participate in the process of the active acupoints.
