The Literatural Study On Compatibility Law Of The Aconite Root Species

Objective: To systematize the records of Chinese medicinal formulae contains the aconite root species in recipe books,herbal medicine in clinical practice in ancient herbal classics and literatures, to seek the regularity in the changes of compatibility law of the aconite root species and explore the potential reasons of these changes of different dynasties,to provide references for theoretical research and clinical prescription.Method: Combine the TCM literatural approaches and modern statistical methods, the databases and data analysis system of Chinese medicinal formulae that contains the aconite root species are innovatively established to analyze the rule of these changes.Result: The proportion of external formulas that contain Fuzi, Chuanwu, Caowu were increasing of all past dynasties,especially formulas that contain Chuanwu and Caowu ,the high-frequency drugs in formulas contain Fuzi,Chuanwu and Caowu were different;the cooperation of aconite root species and its incompatible herbs were recorded in the past dynasties,it had the highest frequency with Banxia.Conclusion: As the changes of time,the major indications and compatibilities of the aconite root species were differed, the recognition of its poisoness were understood better,external use are increasing, more attentions were attached on its safety;the compatibilities of Fuzi and Renshen,Fuzi,Chuanwu,Caowu and Danggui should be attached more attentions on the research of modern pharmacology and toxicity ;eighteen antagonisms should be rediscovered ,use incompatible herbs properly ,rediscover and apply correctly of the aconite root species.
