| Objective:The clinical research literature in the past 12 years on polycystic ovary syndrome treated by invigorating the kidney and resolving phlegm was collected.Then the research carried out systematic evaluation,Meta-analysis,frequency analysis to evaluate clinical efficacy and summarize the rules and characteristics of clinical medication.The research aims to provide data support for the effect of invigorating the kidney and resolving phlegm Chinese medicine on polycystic ovary syndrome,and to analyze its advantages and isadvantages,and to provide evidence-based evidence for clinical dialectical thinking and medication.Methods:Formulate a research approach,review the clinic research articles in China's domestic database on the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with invigorating the kidney and resolving phlegm herb,formulate exclusion and inclusion criteria,and use computer etrieval methods to retrieve the comprehensive treatment of polycystic ovary with nvigorating the kidney and resolving phlegm herb.The clinical research literature of the syndrome was summarized and statistically analyzed.1.Meta analysis:The"bias risk assessment tool"favored by Cochrane Collaboration Network is used to conduct methodological evaluation for systematic evaluation of the the quality of RCT documents;the inclusion benchmark and exclusion benchmark in the RCT literature,the stochastic method,the efficacy judgment criteria,the comparison between groups,the sample Content,application of blind method,follow-up,withdrawal of articipating patients,loss of follow-up,investigated and evaluated in detail using ircosoft EXCEL.The literature was included for meta-analysis.Revman 5.3.5,a software created by Cochrane Collaboration Network that is commonly used for analyzing statistics,is utilized to investigate and evaluated the complied data,and to assess the effectiveness of TCM invigorating the kidney and resolving phlegm method in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.2.Analysis of the frequency and regularity of traditional Chinese medicine:Literature that meets the inclusion criteria and statistical analysis,mainly using Excel software and SPSS V26 to establish a database,frequency analysis,and statistical requency analysis method Systematic research and arrangement of high-frequency medications,prescriptions,meridian classics,four qi and five flavors,and analysis of the medication characteristics of modern doctors'invigorating the kidney and resolving reatment for polycystic ovary syndrome.Results1.Meta analysisRisk of bias in 55 studies included:In the random sequence generation,24 studies(43.64%)used lottery,coin-operated method,random distribution card,digital table,etc.,and were rated as"low risk".4 studies((7.27%)According to the order of visits and the patient's willingness as a random method,the"high risk"was evaluated;a hidden item was assigned,which was not mentioned in the literature,and evaluated as"risk unknown";1study(1.82%)provided And the blind method,other studies have not mentioned whether to use the blind method,assessed as"risk unknown";in summary,the 55 articles included in this topic are all B-level documents,and the overall quality is medium.A total of 2628 cases with 55 study outcomes were homogeneous between the studies(P=0.95,I ~2=0%).Using a fixed effect model,the total number of patients with olycystic ovary syndrome treated in the experimental group compared with the control group.The difference in effective rate was statistically significant,and the experimental group was superior to the control group in terms of total effective rate.Chinese medication therapy versus Western medication therapy of polycystic ovary syndrome.There were a total of 1117 cases in 16 study outcomes,and there was omogeneity among the studies(P=0.56,I ~2=0%).The fixed effect model was used.The difference in the total effective rate of the treatment of polycystic studies(P=0.99,I ~2=0%).Using a fixed effect model,the xperimental group was compared.The difference in the total effective rate of the control group in treating polycystic ovary syndrome was statistically significant[OR=3.30,95%CI(2.61,4.18,P<0.00001)],suggesting that the experimental group was superior to the control group in terms of total effective rate.In terms of ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,and LH/FSH,BMI,and T before and after treatment,the efficacy of the Chinese medicine group and the Chinese and western edicine group were better than those of the control group.2.TCM Medicine LawA total of 55 standards-compliant literatures were collected in this tudy,82 drugs were involved,and a total of 873 flavors were used.There were 62 kinds of medicines with frequency of use?2,with a total of 811 times,accounting for 92.89%of he total frequency of use,and 20 kinds of medicines with frequency of use of<2,appeared20 times,accounting for 2.29%of the total frequency of use.There are 13 flavors of drugs with 25 flavors or more,and the order of frequency of occurrence is:Cuscuta,Poria,Angelica,Xiangfu,Pinellia,Epimedium,Salvia,Atractylodes,Shudi,Chenpi,Dogwood,Yam,Wolfberry.ConclusionThis article uses statistical methods to systematically sort and study the way herbal edicine are being selected in Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,evaluate the research literatures,perform META analysis and compare the effective rate between Chinese and Western medicine and the following in conclusion:1.Meta-analysisResults of the Meta-analysis:(1)The total effective rate of a combination of Chinese and Western Medicine treatement of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is better than that of Western Medicine.(2)The pregnancy rate of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a combination of of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of infertility caused by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is better than western medicine.Limitation of this study(3)There is a risk of bias in the evidence:most of the research did not mention the how the random methods are being applied,and none of the studies mention allocation hiding.Only one article mentions blinding,but does not elaborate on how it is being performed.On the whole,this study has a higher risk of implementation and measurement bias,the overall quality is moderate,and the strength of the evidence is average.(4)Diagnostic and curative effect standards:There are currently three international diagnostic standards for polycystic ovary syndrome.China has also formulated standards for the use of Chinese medical industry.Different papers adopt different standards,at the same time,curative effect evaluations,such as hirsutism,are ambiguous and subjective.This causes a certain bias in the judgment of curative effect.(5)Sample size:Detailed method of sample collected is not reported in the literature included in this research,and multi-center,large sample,high-quality randomized controlled trials are insufficient.2.Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome distribution and medication rules(1)Regarding tonifying the kidney and reducing phlegm,Chinese medicine or integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is used to treat polycystic ovary syndrome.In terms of menstrual cycle,ovulation promotion,pregnancy rate improvement,androgen and BMI reduction,the curative effect was better than the control group.(2)Treating polycystic ovary syndromes with invigorating the kidney and resolving phlegm herb,still needs a small amount of qi and blood circulation medicine.(3)Kidney-reinforcing drugs mainly include kidney-yang-tonifying herbs,and the medicine of
