Traditional Chinese Medicine Of Invigorating The Kidney And Resolving Phlegm On The Inhibin B Level In Patients With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:In2003May Holland conference in Rotterdam, European Association of human reproduction. ESHRE) and the American Society for reproductive medicine (ASRM) reach a consensus, put forward PCOS new diagnostic criteria of ESHRE/ASRM diagnosis standard. In this study through the subgroup of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were dibided into two groups one was treated by traditional Chinese medicine application of invigorating the kidney and resolving phlegm (two to day party),another was not treated.Observation of invigorating on polycystic ovary syndrome in patients with serum levels of inhibin B was obserbed in two groups, preliminary discuss inhibin B in women with polycystic ovarian syndrome pathogenesis, further enrich the theory of kidney dominating reproduction research, therapeutic and etiologic research on PCOS patients provide clinical basis on PCOS.Methods:ESHRE/ASRM diagnost i c cri teria:epi sodic ovulation and (or) anovulation; the clinical and (or) biochemical index suggests the presence of Kaohsiung hormones, and the exclusion of other possible etiologic factors, such as congenital adrenal hyperplasia, testosterone secretion of tumor, Gushing’s syndrome; Kaohsiung hormones clinical manifestations include acne, hirsutism, bald, emphasize the use of uniform evaluation standard. Biochemical index emphasizes free testosterone (free T) and the clinical significance of bilateral ovarian polycystic change:bilateral ovarian have>12diameter in 2-9mm of small follicles, and (or) ovary>10ml. The normal menstrual cycle should be in the period of3-5days vaginal B ultrasound examination, if no ovulation, should be induced by progesterone withdrawal bleeding after3-5days testing. If the first B ultrasound examination to see within the ovary has a diameter greater than10mm follicular or luteal, should be treated in the next period review; with more than three can diagnosis. Research objecti ve: collected from2011May-2012March in Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital outpatient gynecologic met the inclusion criteria criteria in30patients with spleen and kidney deficiency type of two PCOS patients and30healthy controls were clinical observation. Recorded from PCOS patients before and after treatment of spleen kidney two empty symptom score, as well as before and after treatment with sex hormones (FSH, LH, E2) and the serum inhibin B levels change. The results directly in SPSS-13.0to establish database, using SPSS-13.0software package for statistical analysis, P<0.05was considered statistically significant.Results:Chinese traditional medicine group treated with Invigorating the after treatment, serum inhibin B levels increased significantly. Compared with the level before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, clinical symptom scores was decreased. Compared with the scores before treatment., the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Chinese medicine of invigorating the kidney and resolving phlegm can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with PCOS.2. Chinese medicine of invigorating the kidney and resolving phlegm could effectively improve the inhibin B levels in patients with PCOS.3. The inhibin B levels and clinical symptoms score of the patients with PCOS is negatively correlated.
