Since the 1980s,a large number of high-rise commercial buildings have been built in the suburbs of the city, and many residents have moved from the inner city to the commercial building residential areas on the outskirts of the city. These emerging urban communities are an important cultural space generated by the communication relationship between residents, and this paper takes Fangzhuang District in Beijing as a case study, using the method of participating in observation and in-depth interview to collect vivid personal narrative, and mainly explores the living relationship of the residents of the community from the perspective of daily communication practice.Located between the South Second Ring Road and the South Third Ring Road,Fangzhuang District is a high-rise collection residential district officially approved by the Beijing Municipal Government for development and construction in 1984.Fangzhuang,which was completed in 1992,was the largest residential area in Beijing at the time and the first residential area in Beijing to sell commercial housing to individuals and foreigners. It represents a new type of living relationship in which urban residents and suburban farmers gather in the same community in the perimeter of each city.Fangzhuang District is composed of farmers in the original place, individual home buyers, group home buyers with the nature of enterprise and unit allocation housing policy, the formation of this residential relationship means that all residents will go through a process of community identity and cultural integration of public cultural practice. The community consciousness of the inhabitants is not an absolute need,as is the case in the village, and different age groups or gender groups form their own daily communication styles according to different needs. In the construction of community public life order, different communication behaviors have different meanings. This paper sets up several basic problems to study:family life needs, individual entertainment needs and the daily communication practice of residents, the participation of service community public welfare activities and community identity, and the role of literary and artistic creation based on community life on community identity. At the family level, the daily life of the family, while not dependent, cannot be completely removed from the community in which it lives. On a personal level, residents with different hobbies and cultivation backgrounds form diverse groups of interests.Participating in an individual's favorite interest group becomes an important way for individuals to integrate into the community. In addition, the construction of a new type of community living relationship can not be separated from the residents consciously and voluntarily into the public domain to engage in public welfare activities,to make a variety of practical dedication. The spontaneous creation of literary and artistic works about community life by residents includes the real feelings and imaginations of residents, which stimulate people's imagination about the community and thus enhance their recognition of the community.Urban community residents carry out various forms of daily communication practice, these exchanges not only meet the needs of family life, but also meet the needs of personal entertainment and leisure.Residents get a sense of personal achievement and community identity in the participation of community public welfare activities, and the participation of activities promotes communication between people.Community life gives birth to people's literary and artistic creations, which include real and imaginary creations to promote the imagination of the community,so as to achieve recognition.Neither personal nor family life can be separated from the community, and communication practices based on different needs constitute a recognition of the community.Although Fangzhuang district has special characteristics, the resident composition relationship presents multiple characteristics, because of its early establishment time, people have experienced a relatively full community public life order and cultural construction process, accumulated rich experience, worthy of our study. We note the important role of the family in the daily communication of the community,as well as the different needs of different groups. In the process of the development of urban community in the future, folklore is a reliable and operational method to study the urban residential community as a unit. From the significance of cultural exchanges,Folklore pays attention to how residents actively establish the relationship of interaction and mutual service. This construction process is the process of creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese traditional culture, and the traditional living relationship still retains the core value and basic spirit of traditional life culture in the process of transforming into a new type of residential relationship. How to realize identity through communication is the core problem of this paper, put the case in the real urban development of China, folklore should be concerned about people's cultural needs and how they create their own satisfactory life, they constantly put forward new needs and established the current flexible and diverse forms of cooperation and daily life communication.
