Due to the advancement and implementation of the music curriculum reform in elementary and secondary schools,the requirements for music courses are very different from those in the past.The implementation of quality education can be reflected in the requirements for the comprehensive development of music courses.And the importance of aesthetic education can also be reflected in the requirement that music courses focus on developing students' aesthetic abilities.It can be seen that the reform of the music curriculum will affects the way of thinking and character shaping of talents in the future society.This also reflects the unprecedented new requirements for music teachers who are currently engaging in basic music education.Normal university of music are the bases and cradles for basic music education teachers.And these teachers are fundamental basic of basic music education.If there is a problem in this link,the music talents who are trained will be inconsistent with the music talents required for basic music education.Therefore,it is necessary to explore whether the current music talent training model of normal university of music is in line with social development..The primary purpose of the research in this article is to investigate the talent training model of the normal university of music.Through analysis to allow the normal university to re-examine the music talent training model,and to position the training goal as a comprehensive and strong training for music teachers to possess comprehensive musical abilities,comprehensive personal literacy,and be able to applied to music basic education required by primary and secondary schools.Based on questionnaires and interviews with primary and secondary school music teachers and researchers in Shenyang,it was analyzed that most of the music teachers who performed well in primary and secondary schools in Shenyang came from Y normal university of music.Therefore I decided to analyze the pros and cons of the music talent training model in this normal university of music.This article is based on the case of the music talent training model of the Y normal university of music,and based on the survey of music teachers and music researchers in elementary and middle schools.From the survey we can see it is proposed that the normal universities should re-examine the talents of the universities based on the current development requirements of music basic education Cultivation goals.From the author's perspective highlighting the educational concept of normality,constructing a curriculum system centered on core backbone courses,strengthening the cultivation mechanism of cooperation with primary and secondary schools are all extremely important for basic music education and music talents training.However curriculum setting,cultivate comprehensive,solid foundations,and the way to possess comprehensive qualities will also make great contribution for better music talents cultivating.
