Research On The Competitiveness Of Provincial Cultural Industry And Its Upgrading Paths

In the 21 st century,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to the development of the cultural industry,deepening the reform of the cultural management system,and clarifying the objectives and missions of the cultural industry development from the perspective of national strategy.All provincial regions have actively responded and implemented national strategies,replacing old growth drivers with new ones,solving key problems of development via institutional innovation,promoting industrial structure upgrading with technological innovation,and raising a new upsurge in cultural industry development.At present,the development of cultural industries in various provincial regions is still not necessarily balanced.There are problems such as small industrial scale,low integration with traditional industries,and difficulty in financing.The overall competitiveness of the industry is not strong enough.The provincial regions are important carriers for implementing the national development strategy and promoting the development of the cultural industries in its cities and counties.Studying the competitiveness of the provincial cultural industry and its upgrading paths is of positive significance for promoting the development of the cultural industry.Scholars have made positive progress in the formation and development of cultural industry competitiveness from different levels and perspectives.However,for the overall situation,most of the existing researches are independent and self-contained,and a unified research system has not yet been formed.Some research results are out of touch with practical applications.Among the existing achievements,some scholars believe that the core competitiveness of the cultural industry has obvious regional characteristics due to the integration with local cultural enterprises and related institutions,and has the ability to continuously innovate and drive the development of related industries only in specific regions.Once its features are set,they are difficult to be learnt by other regions.Nowadays,emerging industries are spring up.Science and technology are developing rapidly.The Internet,big data,and artificial intelligence industries are constantly upgrading.The trend of cross-border integration of cultural industries is becoming more and more obvious.The development of provincial cultural industries presents new features,brings new opportunities and new requirements.The paper draws on the research results of cultural industry competitiveness.It conducts research based on the latest development of cultural industry and new economic and social development.The paper is dedicated to form innovative results in the formation mechanism,index system construction and evaluation,structural equation establishment and analysis application of provincial cultural industry competitiveness.On the basis of reviewing the literature,the author introduces the theory of competitiveness and industrial competitiveness,defines the connotation of the competitiveness of provincial cultural industries,examine the factors of the competitiveness of provincial cultural industries and their interactions,and the competitiveness and externalities arising from the internal efficiency.With study on the competitiveness and interaction relationship generated by environmental impact,the research analyzes the formation process of provincial cultural industry competitiveness,and explores the key factors affecting the competitiveness of provincial cultural industry and the ways to play its role.The research makes a case study on Tianjin.Through the targeted investigation and research,it obtains relevant data on the factors affecting the development of provincial cultural industry,collecting relevant provincial and municipal cultural industry development indicators,and constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system and structural equation analysis model for provincial cultural industry competitiveness.The author uses comparative analysis research methods and Amos software to diagnose and analyze the key factors and interactions of Tianjin's cultural industry internal capabilities,industrial policies,economic and social technological environment,and fiscal and financial policies,and discover the impact of the province from the perspective of government,industry and enterprise.The strategic issues of cultural industry development and the path of competitiveness improvement are further analyzed and solved according to the comparison results of the evaluation index system and the structural equation model analysis conclusions.Suggestions are proposed for the development of provincial cultural industries.
