in the coordinated development of culture and tourism.The orderly combination and benign coordination of the two systems of intangible cultural heritage and tourism industry is one of the important paths of "cultural and tourism integration",and also a hot spot and difficulty in current academic research.Exploration through the intangible cultural heritage protection and tourism industry innovation and development of complementary way unceasingly penetration and stretch out in all directions,the tour resources of optimization configuration and tissue remodeling,build an Cheng Yang non-material cultural heritage and development of the tourism industry the double function of new type of integrated system,trying to spread in intangible cultural heritage,heritage and continue at the same time,To bring new forms of business,new development and new momentum to the tourism industry,so as to explore the feasible path of effective coordinated development of intangible cultural heritage and tourism industry.In view of this,this thesis takes "intangible cultural heritage" and "tourism industry" as the object of linkage research.With the help of the coupling concept in physics,and according to the technical route of question raising--theoretical research--empirical research,this thesis discusses the deep correlation and effective coordination between material cultural heritage and tourism industry from a new "coupling perspective".Based on the complex system theory,the coordinated development theory,theory of cultural capital,industrial symbiosis theory,such as basic theory,from the intangible cultural heritage and tourism industry development present situation and problems of the operation of the intangible + tourism research,the overall development of the innovative construction of intangible cultural heritage and the evaluation index system on the overall development of the tourism industry,analyzes the coupling mechanism of the two systems,On this basis,the huaihai Economic Zone as an example for empirical analysis.This thesis mainly includes the following four aspects:(1)Analysis of the development status and problems of intangible cultural heritage and tourism industry.The status quo of intangible cultural heritage shows that although China's national intangible cultural heritage protection and development work started late,but the intangible cultural heritage as an important cultural undertaking in the new era,is being highly valued by the Party and the state.China's intangible cultural heritage shows a benign state of multi-dimensional parallel excavation and protection,diverse characteristics and colorful agglomeration,and industrial ecology is being optimized and formed.Problems and achievements is the existence of the two sides,through analysis,this thesis reveals the intangible cultural heritage in China money is tight,rules and regulations is not sound,not deep cultural connotation of mining,using single mode,led to the intangible cultural heritage protection and use of the inheritance and development difficulties,lack of support,low public identity,insufficient development in breadth,etc.In terms of tourism industry,this thesis analyzes the current situation of China's tourism from the three directions of economic contribution,industrial linkage and infrastructure.The analysis shows that the contribution of China's tourism industry to the national economy continues to increase,the multi-industry effect of tourism linkage is increasingly apparent,and the tourism-related traffic conditions and infrastructure continue to improve.At the same time,this thesis points out that the main problems affecting the innovation and transformation development of tourism industry are the extensive development mode,the tourism industry policy needs to be improved,the number of tourism talents is insufficient,and the integration degree with related industries is not high.(2)Construction of comprehensive development index system of intangible cultural heritage and tourism industry.Non-material cultural heritage index system construction aspect,based on the intangible cultural heritage can be productive and public cultural attribute,this article from the perspective of comprehensive evaluation,based on the qualitative research method of grounded theory,in the field of wide range depth to visit,step by step the sample data are three phase coding analysis,by analyzing the influencing factors,and analyze the mechanism of action,The core elements and corresponding categories are obtained as the selection range of criterion layer and sub-criterion layer of the comprehensive development index system of intangible cultural heritage.Combined with literature analysis and basic data analysis,on the basis of literature research and analysis,in order to ensure the comprehensiveness of basic data,the index system of comprehensive development of cultural resources is supplemented by data retrieval,and the index range of specific program layer is obtained.The comprehensive evaluation index system of intangible cultural heritage is determined through expert consultation method and layer by layer selection.The index system includes four dimensions of development and utilization,development quality,public service and guarantee level,including 4 first-level indicators,8 second-level indicators and 31 third-level indicators.AHP method is further used to carry out relevant evaluation.Index system to build on the overall development of the tourism industry level,in this thesis,based on the existing literature,combining with the consulting experts and the method,in addition to the force of economic development of tourism,tourist environmental bearing capacity,tourism construction Bao Zhang Li dimensions,also reflect the tourist satisfaction,the development potential of "tourism sustainable potential",as one of the dimensions of consideration,through the analysis,screening,adjustment and improvement,Finally,a revised index system is obtained to evaluate the comprehensive development of tourism industry.The index system includes 4 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 62 third-level indicators.The entropy weight method with prominent local differences is selected to carry out relevant evaluation.(3)Coupling mechanism between material cultural heritage and tourism industry.The coupling study of intangible cultural heritage and tourism industry is a complex process.Based on the introduction of the coupling concept in physics,this study explores the formation process,external environment and development mode of the coupling system between intangible cultural heritage and tourism industry.Firstly,the coupling system of intangible cultural heritage and tourism industry is regarded as a dissipative structure,and the evolution model is constructed by using the synergy theory to analyze its self-organization evolution process.On this basis,the thesis innovatively evaluates the intangible cultural heritage and tourism industry system from three dimensions of structural coupling,dynamic coupling and stage coupling by means of multi-model combination.In the evaluation process,firstly,the grey correlation model is used to study the relationship between the two systems,and the main influencing factors are analyzed.On this basis,the structural coupling situation of the two systems was analyzed by CPA(IPA based)model with the conclusion of grey correlation study.Secondly,the coupling relationship between the two systems in the direction of dynamic development is explored by using entropy change model.Finally,the coupling coordination degree model is used to evaluate the coupling development level of the two systems,and the synchronization of the two systems is divided into different development stages of coupling time and space.As the evaluation tourism industry from 2006 to 2020 according to the index system of comprehensive development of intangible cultural heritage and tourism industry and the relevant data of corresponding research in Huaihai Economic Zone.Further,through three dimensions,the intangible cultural heritage and tourism industry of huaihai Economic Zone as a whole and the 10 cities in huaihai Economic Zone are evaluated in a progressive coupling manner.The evaluation shows that the coupling system structure of intangible cultural heritage and tourism industry is relatively stable at the overall level of Huaihai Economic Zone.The situation of the two systems is codirectional and orderly,and the whole system is in the coupling coordination region.The coupling development level of the two systems is in the high-level coupling state,at the level of good coordination coupling coordination,but the intangible cultural heritage system lags behind.Among the 10 cities in the study period,Xuzhou has the best overall coupling status,the highest structural and dynamic evaluation,the best synchronization status,and the average coupling coordination degree is close to the quality coordination level.The coupling status of Jining,Linyi and Heze is good on the whole,the evaluation of structural,dynamic and synchronicity is good,and the good index of coordination degree is close to xuzhou.The five cities of Shangqiu,Lianyungang,Suqian,Zaozhuang and Suzhou had a relatively large number of years near the coordination zone,but the positive coupling years advanced later and the synchronicity needed to be strengthened,but the coupling status was in a good and healthy level.Huaibei,adjacent to the coordination zone,has the most years,while high-quality coordination has the least years.It has not yet formed a synchronous development state,and the mean coupling coordination degree has just entered a good coordination level,which needs to be focused on.Finally,this article on the basis of two integral coupling system evaluation,focusing on thinking influence coupling elements and cause of two systems,to explore the three dimension evaluation system of two coupled internal restraints on the development of its to high level,at the same time,face to face with the 2020 epidemic,highly coordinated development area to the system coupling year put forward new problems,In order to promote the
