In this paper, a comprehensive interpretation of Luxembourg, Bernstein during his lifetime works, manuscripts, letters and other historical documents, focusing on evaluating and exploring the following aspects:First, Luxembourg's understanding and criticism about Bernstein's "ultimate goal"& "movement". The paper analyzed the difference between the understanding of Bernstein's "ultimate goal"& "movement" and generally understanding of the Social Democratic Party; his Innovation Theory about "peace grow into socialism" and the ideology of "socialism is utopian", and through the Luxembourg criticism of their views, revealing the erroneous views of Bernstein.Second, Luxembourg's understanding and criticism about Bernstein on capitalist democracy, parliament, political parties and other ideologies.
