Study On The Construction Of Ethnic Physical Archival Resources In National Comprehensive Archives In Yunnan Province

Based on the 13th Five-year Plan of Archive Development in Yunnan Province,in the background of ethnic minority archival information resources system construction,this paper explores the problem of ethnic minority physical archival resources construction in Yunnan province.The concept of "archive" is the start point of this paper which defines "physical archive" and "ethnic physical archive",illustrating the conditions that "physical objects" transforms into "physical archive".In the process of ethnic minority physical archive resources construction,"big physical archive" and "quasi physical archive" are suggested to enhance the study on the source of physical archive.The principle of relating theory with practice and practical reality reacts to theory is maintained,as well as the open discipline idea,the study on ethnic physical archive is conducted.On the basis of the existing achievements of ethnic minority physical archival resources construction,the methods and measures taken in this work is investigated.Investigation and survey of the national comprehensive archives,libraries,museums,national research institutes and cultural centers in Dali and Chuxiong provides the state of the quantity,distribution and current problems of ethnic minority physical archive.The ways of propaganda and utilization of physical archive is explored by the investigation of the national comprehensive archive websites in Yunnan province at all levels.Three aspects of ethnic minority physical archival resources construction in Yunnan province are considered in this paper.First,forming physical archival resources,which is the basis;second,managing physical archival resources,which is the key;third,utilizing physical archival resources,which is the ultimate goal.Ethnic minority physical archival resources construction in Yunnan should be integrated into the Yunnan ethnic cultural construction strategy as an important part of the ethnic archival resources construction work.In this work,national comprehensive archives play the role of a platform cooperating with related cultural institutions in a close collaboration and mutual support in order to make sustainable development.
