A Study Of The Logic Of Justice In Space Politics

For a long time,human activities can not be separated from two dimensions,one is the time dimension,which is mainly reflected in the changes of political and social development in a long period of human history;the other is the spatial dimension,the non-equilibrium state of political geographical space distribution and the characteristics of striving towards a harmonious state.The political activities of human beings have experienced a long period of development and change,and gradually become an important part of human development.But regarding the different region,the political activity presents the different contents and the characteristics.The political arrangement of space itself is part of our political design of the world.In other words,the politicalization of space is at least the projection of politics in space dimension.But as long as it is politics,it involves the power and the right,the resources and the distribution question,and this is related to the discussion and pursuit of the political dimension of justice.At present,the biggest issue of space political justice is the political gap between different sectors of the world,that is,the highly differentiated allocation of resources between developed countries and backward countries due to different political arrangements.This,of course,is also the greatest challenge to space political justice;secondly,the greatest issue of space political justice within a country is the polarization of resource allocation between urban and rural areas and between regions;and secondly,it involves the development gap between different combinations of urban and rural areas.Finally,since the individual person also includes the dimension of space,the smallest issue of space political justice is the issue of equality between people.Along this logical thread,we find that space is an important dimension of political arrangement,and resource allocation.Why is there a welfare gap between countries?Why should cities be more developed than countrysides? Of course,there are other factors besides politics,but politics is probably the most important.This paper discusses the issue of justice in space politics,defines this theory from the origin of space politics,and turns to the issue of space in the light of the crisis in the development of capitalist urbanization,how to solve the various problems in the development of Western society has become an important responsibility of this theory.When we look back at a country with a super-large geographical scale like ours,there are obvious differences in its ethnic,regional,cultural and social strata.Because of the differences in resource endowment among different regions,the unbalanced situation of regional development in our country is constantly evolving,in the process of modernization,we are faced with unbalanced and inadequate regional development and differences between urban and rural development(Especially since the reform and opening-up),the spatial differences have become more and more obvious,which have a profound impact on the changes in the spatial pattern of regional development and put the spatial decision-making of national development in the process of dynamic evolution.Under this background,space is introduced into the study of political development as an independent factor,which forms the logical analysis frame of this paper.This paper is divided into seven parts.The introduction,as an introductory research,mainly expounds the background,significance and value of the topic,sorts out the literature in the way of answering questions based on a large amount of data,draws out the core concepts of this paper by comparing the relevant explanations,and comments on the literature to find the research direction and space of this paper.The first chapter is the basic theory research,carries on the definition,the distinction,the contrast to the related concept,seeks the theory support at the same time summarizes the space politics the main category;The second chapter makes a comparative study of the evolution of space politics in western countries analyzes the research practice of Western Marxism Scholars,discusses the space politics and political space,and draws some enlightenment for the development of China's space politics through dialectical analysis and contrast;The third chapter is a historical study of the development justice of China's space politics and the experience of space politics in the development of the historical dynasties,which provides the basis for the fourth part to study the practical problems;The fourth chapter is the focus and difficulty of this paper focusing on the realistic demands of China at present,this paper expounds the manifestations of the injustice of space politics from the horizontal and vertical perspectives,and points out that it is necessary and significant to construct the justice of China's space politics;The Fifth Chapter,Constructs the justice logic of space politics is the emphasis,how to construct the political justice,from the establishment of space political idea,the cultivation of ideas,the establishment of space political mechanism,the optimization of space political structure,etc;The sixth chapter is the extension part of this paper,the basic conclusion is drawn through the analysis of the full text,how to establish the value of justice in space politics,and the possible expansion of research,that is,the promotion of political justice,and finally realize the modernization of space governance.In a word,the problem of justice is not only a theoretical problem,but also a practical problem.The pursuit of political justice has become an important value and principle for the development of a country or region.However,how to define justice? And how to achieve political justice,whether or not through a tortuous process of exploration,but this pursuit has never stopped.The political nature of space and the spatial nature of politics,on the one hand,Expresses the non-value-neutral existence characteristic of space,on the other hand,also Expresses that politics can't exist independently without space.In China under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,as the presence of the leadership of the party makes it politically powerful,it has a strong ability to implement policies,and political forces intervene in the space and shape the space governance model.From the point of view of the prevention and control of this new epidemic situation,china has shown great political energy.In the light of the dynamic development of the Wuhan epidemic and its timely analysis,China has adopted a corresponding space policy to track and respond to the situation,so as to ensure the public security of the country to the maximum extent possible and respect individual security in particular,to better serve national construction and development.As the content of state building and development demands,from the security logic of consolidating the new regime in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China,to the economic logic of promoting economic and social development,and the need for regional coordination,and to the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects,to promote social fairness and justice,maintain social order and promote the justice logic of the modernization of the state governance system,space politics has become an important content.China's space development strategy and space construction have gone through a transition from emphasizing the safety logic of space control and the economic logic of space production to the just logic of space all-round development,the pattern of space governance has changed from management,management to service.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China provided methods and approaches for exploring "the governance of China" in terms of the goals and tasks of the modernization of state governance.The strategy of space development helps to guarantee the ruling party's governance of the country,and the politicalization of space shapes the multi-layer nature of the social sphere,as well as the public reason and public spirit of the social sphere,and sets up the concept of justice in space politics,optimizing the space political mechanism,standardizing space power and realizing the liberation of space rights,that is,the subjectivity of interests in space politics and the sociality of the realization path,in order to ensure political stability,it is necessary to maintain the space order,but the spatial order requests the individual to have the spatial justice and the fairness.Therefore,the logic of space justice must be taken into account in the development of national space politics,and the validity and legitimacy of space political system require the construction of pluralistic social relations in the process of space production,the authoritativeness of national space resource allocation needs to represent the just value of the scope of national political geographical space.
